our son messed the sheet and we asked for a new one and couldn’t get them to understand what we was saying they kinda just looked at you like you was crazy and the hot tub doesn’t work and becareful getting in the lazy river those steps need some work

Clean rooms and property. I got to breakfast at a time where there were few pickens, but what I had was good. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Just 2 minutes walk to the Island and all we needed was close by. Possibility of staying there again in November for my birthday.
