This isn't a holiday home, but a real, spacious apartment with all the amenities. We're 25 km from Cortina and 18 km from Auronzo, with all their attractions. The Dolomites bike path runs right past the apartment and extends all the way to Cortina and Dobbiaco. Just 300 metres away is the centre of Pieve di Cadore, with its shops, Titian’s birthplace, Roccolo Park, Santa’s House, and the lake overlook. The ideal place for a holiday surrounded by nature, perfect for families and mountain lovers.
The space
A 170-square-meter ground-floor apartment with burglar-proof doors and windows and security bars.
Living area: spacious hallway with a second entrance door.
Living room with armchairs and a sofa, 55" 4K HDR Smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video, and the Disney Channel, and 100 Mbps fiber-optic Wi-Fi.
Spacious dining room with a table, bench, chairs, and Cadorino-style furniture, open to the living room and separated from it by a Stube.
The kitchen is spacious but not designed for living in; we prioritised practicality and the availability of amenities and appliances: you’ll find, in addition to the classic gas stove complete with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, plenty of dishes, a pod coffee machine, and much more—everything you need to cook as if you were at home.
Sleeping areas and bathrooms: a very large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, featuring a beautiful private bathroom accessible directly from the room. A second bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed. A third room with a sleeper sofa, equipped with a 40" LED TV.
All rooms are equipped with slatted beds and new memory foam mattresses; the sleeper sofa is also new and very comfortable.
There is an ample supply of blankets and pillows to suit all tastes and needs, as well as plenty of space to store your belongings.
The apartment also features two additional bathrooms: one full bathroom, with a bathtub and shower, which is very spacious. The second bathroom has only a shower and sink (no toilet) and houses the washing machine, clothesline, and ironing board.
There is also a basement storage room available for storing ski and hiking boots and anything else you don’t need to keep within easy reach (please arrange this at check-in; we normally keep it locked).
Outside, there is a spacious terrace with a small smoking area and a comfortable wooden bench.
The lawn surrounding the house is fully accessible.
Guest access
Around the house, there is a beautiful lawn where you can relax, play, and sunbathe. Parking is under the walnut tree, ten metres from the front door, on level ground.
Other things to note
We’ve included rules regarding smoking and pets in the house rules.
Regarding smoking: there is a designated outdoor area. We would greatly appreciate it if you would avoid smoking inside the house, and we ask that you absolutely refrain from smoking in the bedrooms. Ashtrays are provided, and all windows are equipped with Vasis vents to facilitate air circulation.
For your four-legged friends: simply treat them as you would at home.
If you need anything, just ask and we’ll provide it, as far as possible.
This is a home that’s meant to be “lived in,” so from our perspective, we hope you’ll find everything you need. For any special needs or requests, please contact us: we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
