This is a solid 3 star hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is slopeside with ski in/out. Ski rental on site is a plus. However, rooms are basic and mine had no closet. There is an additional daily charge per person for pool and spa use.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! Very convenient if you have a car, to access Como and Bellagio areas. I wish we had more time to enjoyed the spa, pool and gorgeous gardens. The breakfast buffet was delish. I definitely recommend this beautiful resort ❤️

It is unfortunate that people do not give honest reviews. We are.
We had three (3) nights booked but left after the first night. This hotel is more like a hostel. The carpet in the room was extremely worn and dirty. The walls were not clean and had not been painted in years. The linen sheet masquerading as a window shade covered less than half of the window. The door shade to the balcony was missing multiple slats and did not close.
If we could rate this place lower, we would.
Save your money and look at other options.

"The room was always clean. However, the carpet was visibly worn out in a few places. The toilet flusher worked only in a max flow. The shower door wasn’t closing completely, but with some effort we managed not to flood the floor. I have to note the breakfast buffet: for the travelers on the go and ..."
