In the hamlet Vallecchia 3 km from the centre of Pietrasanta, 10 m from the centre of Forte dei Marmi, 10 m from the centre of Lido di Camaiore, in a sunny position, 6 km from the sea, 6 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: garden 100 m2 lawn. Terrace (15 m2), garden furniture. In the house: burglar alarm system. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Grocery 500 m, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach 6 km. Nearby attractions: Viareggio 16 km, Carrara Cave Fantiscritti 26 km, Lucca 39 km, Pisa 41 km, Portovenere 66 km, Riomaggiore 67 km.
