Fantastic location, plenty of space for a family

This was our first time in Marina de Pietrasanta and we loved it! The location of this villa couldn't be better. We walked to fantastic restaurants and the sea. The villa is vintage, so don't expect a remodeled kitchen...but who wants to spend time in the kitchen when there are so many wonderful restaurants just a short walk away. Our adult kids loved the bicycles. Annalisa is available if you need anything.

Family Italian Beach visit

Communication to owner was only via phone. Upon arrival the property was just as listed. Inside had a faint smell of cigarette smoke, not sure if this was mentioned in the listing. It was very early in the season so the apartment may have been closed up for while. Sad to say the washing machine was broken and smelled bad. We were counting on using it. Overall the apartment met expectations for proximity to beach and night life. We would visit there again.

Nice holiday home

Nice holiday home on a quiet street: with 5 minutes you are on the beach or in a nice shopping street. the bikes at the house were nice to visit some further places nearby. The garden is spacious with a cozy pergola where you can sit at a table in the shade with 8 people. There are no sun loungers. The house itself has 3 bedrooms where 1 has air conditioning. The double beds are equipped with hard mattresses. Another air conditioning is in the living room where there is also a sofa bed.. The plumbing was basic. The kitchen was spacious with plates, pans and cooking utensils.

Emplacement excellent manque entretien batment et hygiene

Visite de la versilia et d'une partie de la toscane.Tres bon emplacement. Par contre manque d'entretien du bâtiment, mobilier à bout de course et hygiène douteuse. De plus, une des deux salles de bains inutilisable car tres forte odeur de refoulement d'egout , et odeur de tabac froid dans le sejour.

Die Beschreibung zum Check in und die diesbezüglichen Bemühungen waren ok. Das Haus selbst nicht. Die Bäder waren unhygienisch. Toilettenbrille gelb und schmutzig, die Fliesen unsauber. In der Dusche war der Abfluss offen und verrostet. In der Küche war der große Kühlschrank nur eklig. Die Ablagen waren schmutzig und untere Blechteile waren vollständig durchgerostet. Das gesamte Haus war in einem schlechten Zustand.

Situation proche de la plage et de la zone piétonne (quelques minutes à pied). Grandes pièces, parc ombragé. Grande terrasse protégée du soleil par un grand store. Les voitures peuvent être garées à l'intérieur du parc fermé. L'annonce en ligne devrait être mise à jour, certaines informations n'étant plus actuelles ou sont imprécises. Nous en avons fait part à la gérante de la maison.

In die Jahre gekommenes Haus mit tollem Garten

Wir waren vermutlich die ersten Gäste des Jahres, weshalb das Haus die ersten Tage leider noch sehr ausgekühlt war. Der Garten und die Umgebung sind fantastisch, im Haus selbst ist alles vorhanden, allerdings ist die Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen. Annalisa ist sehr freundlich und hat uns toll empfangen, außerdem war sie bei unserer Abreise sehr flexibel kurzfristig einen Termin zu machen, vielen Dank!

Una vacanza perfetta

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 settimane in questa casa, che abbiamo trovato pulita e fornita di tutto l'occorrente per cucinare. Le camere sono ampie e il giardino circostante è pieno di alberi che offrono tanta ombra. La posizione è perfetta, a meno di 10 minuti dalla spiaggia e da panifici e supermercato, insomma super consigliata!

Consigliatissima anche per famiglie con figli

Casa accogliente e spazi interni ed esterni perfetti anche per quando non si può andare in spiaggia. Posizione ottima: vicino a negozi, alimentari parco giochi e spiaggia. Ampio spazio per le auto di cui, una volta parcheggiato, non ha più bisogno fino alla partenza.

Wunderbare Tage in der Casa del Lagotto

Wir wurden herzlich von Annalisa und ihrer Mamma empfangen. Viel Raum stand uns und unseren Hund im Haus und im Garten zur Verfügung Schöne Plätze, Strände, Märkte und Städte waren leicht erreichbar . Nichts Positives kann ich leider über die Agentur berichten. Die Buchung über FeWo konnte erst nach vielen Anläufen ausgeführt werden . Nach schwieriger Kontaktaufnahme mit der Agentur war dann von Fehlern im System zu hören. Zum Glück hatten wir trotz des Ärgers im Vorfeld wunderschöne Tage bei Annalisa. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Perfect location, beautiful garden

The house is beautifully located in a small lane just 5 min away from both the beach and the promenade with its restaurants and bars. Likewise, the weekly market is held just a few metres down the road. You may take your breakfast or dinner either under the trees in the vast garden or on the terrace in front of the house. Children have ample to run around or play ball games. The checkin and checkout were easy and simple.
