It is located in a green area, just 1,000 meters from the historic center of Pietrasanta, rich in art and culture, and 4 km. from the sea of Marina di Pietrasanta and its famous bathing establishments and discos. It is a portion of a villa with independent entrance and complete privacy, a private and fenced garden, and a private above-ground swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests (10m x 4m, 1.20m deep). It can accommodate up to 8 people in 2 bedrooms (queen size beds 190 cm. x 160 cm.), 1 sofa bed (190 cm. x 140 cm.) in the living room and 2 foldaway single beds (175 cm. x 71 cm. perfect for children) for the bedroom and the living room. Through a gate shared with the owners you access the property, where guests have an exclusive space to park 3 or 4 cars outdoors, and where they can recharge their electric cars (guests must request this service in advance and agree with the owner regarding the extra payment). The structure of the villa is divided longitudinally into two portions and two different gardens and offers particular privacy both to the owners who live on the right side (towards the entrance gate) and to the guests who stay on the left side, overlooking the mountains. The independent entrance of the rental portion of the villa has a view of the owner's garden, which is fenced and screened by some plants, while the rental portion of the villa develops entirely on the left side, not visible by the owners and towards the exclusive and fenced garden of 1,000 m2 away from any prying eyes. The owners provide guests with up to 3 bicycles. The large outdoor area promises peace and tranquility, with a beautiful swimming pool and relaxing views of the Apuan Alps. The living room leads to the large garden, which measures 1,000 m2, with an above ground swimming pool measuring 10 m. x 4 m., and is 1.20 m. deep, and its outdoor shower with hot water. The area is highly panoramic with a view of the nearby Apuane Alps mountains (with peaks up to 2,000 meters high) and is equipped with an umbrella, numerous deckchairs and sun loungers, gazebo, table for 6-8 people, barbecue for outdoor dining. Near the swimming pool there is also a small external bathroom with toilet and sink for changing room use. “Villa Paola - Belcanto Villas” is located in a strategic position on the edge of the industrial area and a short distance (1,000 m) from the center of Pietrasanta (and just 100 meters from a supermarket and restaurant). The fascinating city of Pietrasanta, of medieval origins, is to be considered the historical capital of Versilia and the capital of artistic marble processing. A center of attraction for artists from all over the world, in recent decades the city has transformed itself into a true open-air museum in which to admire, among the many galleries and squares of the town, an uninterrupted and continuously renewed exhibition of contemporary art and sculpture of the highest level. Walking through the elegant historic center you will encounter art galleries, boutiques, wine bars and refined restaurants, it is worth taking a few moments to visit at least some of the beautiful churches of Pietrasanta. The holiday home is located about 4 km from the Versilia Sea, a short distance from Marina di Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi. Don't miss Valdicastello, a small village in the municipality of Pietrasanta where the birthplace of the poet Giosuè Carducci is located. Golf lovers will find a golf course just 1.8 km from the house. A good time to visit Pietrasanta is the summer, when art exhibitions and events multiply in the city, as do shows in the Villa Versiliana Park in Marina di Pietrasanta. An above ground swimming pool measuring 10 m. x 4 m., and 1.20 m. deep. Next to the swimming pool, you will find its outdoor hot water shower. The golf course is located just 1.8 km from the house. Free internal parking for 2-3 cars. \===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION ===== “Casale Paola - Belcanto Villas” is a characteristic rental property that can accommodate 8 guests in 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor you enter from the entrance door into the large living room with fireplace, television, air conditioning and 3 beautiful sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed (190 cm. x 140 cm.), and furnished with a fireplace, smart television. The living room has walls in a beautiful pastel color decorated with exposed stone inlays, a terracotta floor and a ceiling with ancient exposed beams. Various sideboards and ancient local craft objects are supplied, in a harmonious and very particular environment. A hallway area with a sofa leads to the back garden and to the sleeping area which consists of 1 bedroom with air conditioning and television with a queen size bed (190 cm. x 160 cm.) and 1 single foldaway bed (175 cm. x 71 cm. perfect for kids), 1 bathroom with shower, washing machine, sink, toilet, bidet (usable from this room and the living room), and the second bedroom with air conditioning and television with queen size bed (190 cm. x 160 cm.), and 1 single foldaway bed (175 cm. x 71 cm. perfect for children) which leads to the splendid en suite bathroom with window and decorated in fine marble, equipped with sink, toilet, bidet and shower. The floors are in parquet and antique terracotta, the ceilings have characteristic exposed wooden beams and walls decorated in soft pastel colors. The first floor is accessed via a beautiful stone staircase and iron railing and here there is an area with a panoramic view of the swimming pool and the large kitchen/dining room, equipped with a large table for 8 people, stove (5 burners), oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster and American coffee machine. The kitchen/dining room is very large and functional, it is furnished in Arte Povera style, and has an ancient terracotta floor, walls decorated in pastel colors with some ancient pieces of local craftsmanship and a ceiling of ancient exposed wooden beams. from which hang the large copper pots of the Tuscan culinary tradition. The whole house is very tastefully furnished in rustic style. The environment is refined, warm and welcoming, but above all harmonious. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e ci ha dato ottimi consigli su ristoranti e attività locali. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 3 Teenager, die viel Platz hatten. Was großartig war, zwei Badezimmer und ein Außenbad. Der Pool war ein Highlight für die Kinder, super sauber und hatte eine wirklich schöne Größe. Den Grill draußen haben wir auch mehrmals genutzt. Um zum Strand zu gelangen, muss man ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto fahren, was wir meist abends gemacht haben, sonst war es uns zu heiß. Das war auch ein Grund, warum wir immer nur abends an den Strand gingen, was sich wirklich lohnt. Der Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe ist sehr gut sortiert und lässt fast keine Wünsche offen. Pietrasanta selbst ist eine sehr attraktive Kleinstadt, die auch wegen der Eisdielen einen Besuch wert ist. ##### Karin B. I dintorni sono molto carini, con panorami spettacolari sulle dolci colline toscane e sulla maestosa costa del mare. È il luogo ideale per immergersi completamente nella tranquillità e nella serenità della campagna toscana, godendo al contempo della vicinanza alle affascinanti città storiche e alle splendide spiagge. La piscina è molto grande e ben curata, offrendo un'oasi di freschezza e relax sotto il caldo sole estivo. Anche gli interni sono molto carini con una particolare attenzione nel dettaglio, a volte sembra proprio di essere in una antica casa della toscana rinascimentale! In definitiva, questa proprietà offre un'esperienza di vacanza che consiglio, con la combinazione perfetta di comfort e bellezza naturale.
