Very bad quality control on the part of Expedia. The plumbing is outdated and does not work properly. There was no hot water. The owner came and fixed the hot water heater, but we didn't have hot water until the morning. Very bad for tired and weary travelers. The kitchen is also dated and the oven didn't work. They didn't provide milk or milk packets like all the other hotels we stayed in New Zealand. Finally, the beds must have bed bugs, because we were all bitten multiple times.
