Breakfast is included (in my booking), all vegan (plus eggs and continental), the buffet spread had many options, fresh fruits, Indian vegan breakfast spread, omelet, pastries, yogurt... very healthy and tasty!. the breakfast space is on the 10th floor with sweeping view of the lake, mountain and Udaipur. the price was very reasonable, very affordable; a similar hotel like the Parallel anywhere in the west would cost 3-5 times more... overall, I am very happy with the parallel, highly recommended!"
