"The apartment was big and clean but lacked a few simple things like a second key to access the property and our big let down was a broken toilet seat which stabbed us regularly drawing blood. despite notifying them as soon as we arrived. The bathroom was small and hot water ran out regularly but apart from this the apartment was in a nice location and was comfortable for our stay and the amenities although basic were suitable as we stayed out most of the time. "Wonderful location in the hills outside Bologna. Fantastic thermal spa pools. Nice food and great staff (reception speak english). The room was basic and definitely overpriced. 2 stars at best Euro 65 per night should be the price, in my experienced opinion. Noisy and drafty accommodation. Conversations in the corridors and stairwells echoed around the whole building. Smokers' cigarette smoke somehow drifted into my room. WiFi was non-existent. In summary, bad hotel for business travellers....
