### La Villa Pianottoli - Magnifique Vue Panoramique

The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming, air-conditioned architect-designed house for rent in Pianottoli-Caldarello, with sea and mountain views, less than a kilometre from the beach, with a surface area of 200 m² and accommodating up to 14 guests. It comprises a lovely 46 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, six beautiful bedrooms, four bathrooms and a garden of approximately 3,200 m². Bed linen and towels are included, so all you need to do is turn up!  
  
The accommodation is laid out as follows:  
On the garden level:  
\- A kitchen area with a fully equipped kitchenette  
\- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bedroom 3: one queen-size bed (160×200)   
\- A bathroom with bathtub  
\- A shower room with shower and toilet  
\- A separate toilet  
\- A laundry room  
  
Upstairs  
\- A 46 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not provided)  
\- Fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Dining room  
\- Bedroom 4: two bunk beds (sleeps 4)  
\- Bedroom 5: one queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bedroom 6: one queen-size bed (160×200) and a bathroom with bathtub  
\- A shower room with shower and toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha grill, tumble dryer, fan, iron and ironing board.  
  
Outside:  
\- A circular above-ground swimming pool 4.5 m in diameter, open from mid-June to September (opening dates not contractual). Access to the pool is secured by a padlock.  
\- A large, unfenced garden of 3,200 m²   
\- A 43 m² terrace with furniture  
\- A second 25 m² terrace to enjoy sunny days  
  
The house is ideally located in Pianottoli-Caldarello, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
