"This hotel is amazing! The property is beautiful and has everything a traveler could want. Location and amenities were perfect, including entry into the Merano Terme. The staff was professional and very helpful. I’d stay here again for sure. "
"Everything good, room was lovley , parking simple, view amazing.
Downside: the tv only in german no subtitles, the steam room opens late @1pm which is annoying for someone like me who starts day early. For luxury hotel nobody helped with luggage or offered. Breakfast $40/person. They need to offer free apples or something small for the non big meal breakfast eaters. "

Pool very small and busy so didn’t get to try it out but looked nice .
