On the ground floor a large living room with kitchen and bathroom, on the first floor two bedrooms with bathroom access to a panoramic balcony. The third bedroom opens onto a patio overlooking the garden. You will have privacy and silence. The entire house available to the guest is suitable to be rented even for long periods, the weekly and monthly price will be decided together based on days and time of year. The house is located in a micro village called Pradarola, just a few kilometers from the town of Pianello Val Tidone with shops, supermarkets (where to stock up for your stay), pharmacies, municipal swimming pool and other services, during the summer there are interesting festivals in the town, from June to September the famous val tidone muscial festival with classical and jazz music under the stars. Fantastic to live it even in autumn and winter the house has been prepared with independent heating and also has a beautiful wood-burning stove to create the right atmosphere. Il posto è tranquillo nei colli Piacentini ma siamo a 30 min di Bobbio e di tante belle cose. Abbiamo passato 2 settimane e non ci siamo annoiati per nulla girando a destra e sinistra.
