One of The rooms had a lot of mold spots in the shower ceiling and some other in the room hallway. The other room was missing part of the ceiling. The room card worked only the first time entry, for the other time we entered the room, the front desk gentleman had to walk to the room and open it with a key because he tried two times to configure the card again and did not work. The location was convenient from the highway, the breakfast was good, the bed and pillows were good, but unfortunately the experience was terrible because the mold was a health concern and it was a big area, not some spots. Also if you are remodeling the hotel you should provide the guest a complete room and work on others, we should not stayed in a room without ceiling, without shower doors.

The hotel appears quite old and seems to be undergoing renovations. Unfortunately, the bathroom was in poor condition — the shower was dirty, and the ceiling was covered in mold. The breakfast was disappointing; the food did not seem fresh, and the scrambled eggs looked unappetizing. We ultimately decided to check out early and have breakfast elsewhere.

- Really old hotel with minimal maintenance. - breakfast was terrible, not worth it. For sure better options. +Air condition in the room was excellent. But again, just because of the low quality of the breakfast, i will never use this hotel again. Come on, you are in italy, this feels like a lack of interest from the hotel.

The property is in terrible condition i feel completely robbed the door worked after around 15 to 20 attempts the shower was full of mold and the light and ventilation did not work the room had only 1 working plug socket the phone system for the hotel didn't work. A massive pot hole outside i twisted my knee now have to wear a brace discusted by the whole package

Gentili e sorridenti fin dal primo momento, il personale ci ha accolti con grande disponibilità, consegnandoci la camera prima dell’orario previsto: un’attenzione non scontata e molto apprezzata dopo il viaggio. La stanza, luminosa e dotata di finestre, si è presentata pulita e ordinata; la biancheria era fresca e ben sistemata, così come le superfici del bagno e della camera. Unico piccolo neo la moquette, presente in tutta la struttura, che conserva quel tipico odore di polvere che può risultare leggermente fastidioso per chi è più sensibile. Avrei inoltre gradito una dotazione più ricca di saponi e piccoli gadget per la cura personale, che avrebbero reso l’esperienza ancora più completa e confortevole. La notte è trascorsa serenamente: ambiente silenzioso, letto comodo e temperatura adeguata hanno favorito un buon riposo. La posizione dell’hotel rappresenta senza dubbio uno dei suoi punti di forza: strategica per chi desidera spostarsi comodamente anche verso altre città e ben collegata. Alle spalle della struttura si trova un piccolo centro commerciale con un supermercato Conad molto fornito e diversi ristorantini di vario genere, soluzione pratica sia per un pasto veloce sia per una cena più rilassata. Nel complesso, un soggiorno piacevole, con alcuni dettagli migliorabili ma con diversi aspetti positivi che rendono la struttura una scelta funzionale e comoda.

Personnel charmant, surtout les jeunes femmes de la réception. Dommage que l’on ait tant de difficultés à ouvrir les portes des chambres avec les cartes qui se démagnétisent seules ! Il faut souvent redescendre faire remagnetiser sa carte ou bien penser à le faire systématiquement quand on rentre !!!!!

Hôtel en piteux état ! Avons dû demander à changer de chambre sitôt arrivés car il n’y avait de la lumière que dans la salle de bains !!!! Tout au long du séjour nous avons eu des problèmes pour ouvrir la porte des deux chambres : à 4 reprises avons dû demander de l’aide au personnel pour pouvoir entrer dans nos chambres respectives !!!!! Je viens très régulièrement dans cet hôtel pour des raisons de commodité et la dégradation va grandissant. Il est urgent de remédier à l’essentiel
