The room I stayed in had good water pressure and hot water in the shower. The air conditioner was great. Had a safety deposit box. The balcony was great if you are a smoker. Staff where pleasant and helpful.

HOTEL FROM HELL!
The place was to total dump.Broken mirror,Broken Bed,Dirty with Cockroaches dirty pool.No pool Bar.Dirty rooms,Broken and filthy showers.Thanks Hotels.com for steeling our money! We thought we could trust you! WE CHECKED OUT AFTER ONE NIGHT STAY SHAME ON YOU FOR NOT CHECKING YOUR LISTINGS WILL NEVER BOOK THROUGH YOU AGAIN!

Cheap rates hotel is the main draw. It has a pool, restaurant, and access by foot to the central areas of the city.

Good aircon but that's it
Not a great stay, room was right next to a main road so could hear everything all night. On first going into the room the shower was dirty. There are rats outside and the staff are quite rude. In fact, they just seem really angry about nothing. WiFi was very poor, bed was uncomfortable and it felt more like a hostel than a hotel. On the plus side the aircon in the room was very good.

Ntg worth for a like except for the location. 1) the actual room condition is way diff from the photos shown in website. Actual condition very old n lack of maintenance. Guess the website photos nvr updated since grand opening？ 2) no hair dryer available at all even had requested from the reception 3) water supply is cut off during the midnight! 4) mosquito flying ard the lobby n inside rooms 5) got the room facing main road super noisy throughout the day even on the 5th floor.

ALL THE STAFF FROM THE FRONT DESK , TO THE ROOM SERVICE , TO THE PUBLIC AREA CLEANERS AND THE RESTAURANT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER !!!!!!
