Safe and so relaxing 😌. Good size room. If I come back I will book them agin. Only 5 minutes from KAMALA BEACH ND 15 MINUTES TO PATONG BEACH. Shower in suite needs a door as the whole floor is wet after shower. Misleading on website - should advertise as residence/apartments- not as hotel. No restaurant on-site and too far to walk to any shops/restaurants. The shuttle not always on time and 3 nights did not depart at all at 8pm as per schedule so we had to spend a lot of money on transport. The slope is sooooo steep that it intimidated all of my Grab drivers. A walk to the nearest restaurant or convenient store involves a 20-minute with a steep uphill walk. The hotel provides 4 daily shuttle runs. The problems are: no spa or on-site restaurant, fitness room with old/ rusty equipment, and a tiny swimming pool. I booked the room with breakfast. It turned out that I had to go to another hotel (Citygate Hotel) for that, and the breakfast was marginal at best. I asked a male night attendant for extra hangers on the first night, but I never saw any extra hangers during my 3-night stay. In short, the idea was good but the execution was flawed.
