Preawa and her entire staff were friendly and accommodating. The resort is conveniently located near everything- you can walk just minutes to the beach, food, shopping, massages, night markets, or catch a ride for island tours or any of the great attractions the area has to offer. The daily breakfast buffet with smiling faces, live egg/omelette station and many delicious options was a great way to start each day! My partner dropped a mall bit of kebab meat on the sheet on the last night which left a small mark of chilli sauce the size of a 50p coin on the sheet. At check out they insisted on bringing the sheet to reception to show me and my partner the terrible deed along with every person who walked through the area on the way out of the hotel. They then spoke very loudly that it would need to be sent out for deep cleaning and tried to ask for 200B. Now as they only charge 50B per kilo for laundry I was not impressed at the charge. It was not about the £4:59 cost but the way they went about it considering we did not have room service for five days, I think putting a bit of vanish on the stain which offended them so much was not a big ask. I agreed to give them 100B and left the hotel as we had a taxi waiting for us.
