But the owners are very nice and helpful. This hotel is in good location, just a few minutes walk from the malls, foodie places including night market. and Muay Thai Boxing Stadium. A nice budget hotel, clean room and very helpful staff! The name of the staff is Folk, very helpful indeed! Everything is fine except the water heater is always trip but Folk is always there to help! They even allowed me to put my luggage before the stay. Do not expect to have long conversations with the staff unless you speak Thai, however the whole staff is very friendly and ready to serve you and make you feel home. I have stayed there last year and so this year, they seemed happy to have me back . Ich hatte den Manager an gesprochen es zu veranlassen ,aber nicht geschar. Man muß ein Schild raushängen wenn eine Reinigung wünscht.. Ferner fehlte der Safe und ein Schrank oder Regale für die Kleidung.Man ist gezwungen die Sachen auf den Koffer zuleben und das bei 4 Wochen. Ingen plass og henge eller legge fra seg klær. Hard seng, en del støy. Ubrukelig nattevakt som var mest opptatt av telefonen sin. Ellers grei service. The best part of the stay was the service. When I arrived in the room, the safe did not work properly. The staff tried to fix it, however they could not. So, they want to a local shop and replaced the safe in my room. Excellent service. A slight negative was that the room was not as clean as it could have been. I had to do a bit of cleaning myself. ##### Peter ### 6/10 Okay #### Keith 10 Jan 2017 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service Great location to be able to walk to walk to the bars,beach restaurants ,junceylon mall and Banzaan market is just across the street for delicious barbequed food,noodles,fruit and so much more.This hotel is in the centre of Patong and you can walk to Bangla rd in less than 5 minutes. ##### Keith ### 2/10 Terrible #### Verified traveller 4 Jan 2017 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 정말 비추 사진보다 굉장히 작고 게다가 그방만 그랬는지 몰라도 화장실에서 물을 쓰고나면 방쪽 바닥에 물이 구석 구석 흥건할정도로 생겨서 아주 찝찝하고 불쾌했다. 엘리베이터없는 4층건물에 4층방, 방수처리가 제대로 안되서 물새고 몇달간 여행하면서 이렇게 좁고 거지같은 방은 처음이었다. 혹시나해서 맞은편 호텔로 옮겼는데 같거나 조금싼 가격에 훨씬 좋은 룸 컨디션이었다. 그런시설에 그가격을 받는...정말 어이없고 최악의 숙소였다. ##### Verified traveller ---
