When i went down to reception they were incredibly unhelpful, blamed housekeeping laughed in my face and took 10 minutes before they even offered me toilet paper. The staff were rude and unhelpful throughout my stay and the towels STUNK even when "fresh" ones were laid out each day. My room air-con wasn't working, told the staff about and she came to see and adjust something and said after 10mins the air-con will come. Ask for a change of room but not available at that moment, didn't come to us about changing of room. Toilet was dirty and saw small cockroaches running around. Room was dusty and mosquito flying everywhere. The entire room together with the toilet was very smelly.
