I have been staying here for three years now and the standards have gradually been declining. Yes the location is good, yes the rates are aimed at the budget conscious BUT............ 1. Reviews have mentioned the staff.......most look unhappy in their work particularly the receptionist staff. They don’t seem to understand that we are their customers everything was so much of a problem. Their attitudes are not that of persons working in customer service. 2. It took me 25 minutes to convince them my air con was not working correctly. It eventually took two reminders to convince them to call out an engineer. 3. The pool was disgusting. The filtration system was clearly not functioning and the water was like a cloudy milky colour. Oh and they failed to communicate that the pool was closed on Songkran. Not a problem but please communicate this so other arrangements could have been made. 4. The drains in the shower never clear away the water sufficiently. I had to remove the drain cover every time.....a design fault I know but still.
