The front desk staff and customer services are very unpleasant, they keep watch ipad and eating snacks and don't bother to acknowledge you. Although the hotel do provided the wifi, but it is unable to connect and, the staff only will ask you to try again five minutes later. Besides the bad services, the light in the room also very dim and the hygiene of the room is very poor, I even found cockroaches on my bed. The rooms are spacious and well laid out. Breakfast is more than sufficient.The downsides are that the towels are old and dingy. The hotel has a musty air in that the rooms and even the breakfast area is stuffy. This hotel is lovley. Out of all hotels we have stayed in in Thailand, this was the only one which was actually what it said it was on the Internet. Clean and well presented with very helpful staff. Breakfast was really nice and its in the perfect place to access the beach, nightlife and shopping centre.
