Great location directly across from the beach, walking distance to everything, hundreds of restaurants, night markets, massages, beach activities. Convenient as so close, but far enough away that our room and the hotel were quiet at night. Would recommend staying here again.

Charming hotel across the street from the beach. Staff are lovely and helpful, our room was clean, beds were comfortable. Patong is a noisy beach with traffic all night, so bring your earplugs. This hotel is a little bit away from most of the noise, but the area is what it is. We walked easily throughout the area. Nice, charming hotel.

The point is this hotel is located along the road near beach.(There are many stores and activities.) Hotel staff is kind and facility is good to stay.I was able to stay comforatably for large and clean room. In addition, bus stop for phuket town is one minute walk.(It is easy to accesd between beach and downtown.)

So glad that I booked to stay here. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was huge, modern and clean. Directly opposite the beach, just far enough away from the centre of Patong to not be noisy. Optional breakfast sat outside overlooking the beach. Pool area fairly small, but with the beach and sea over the road that’s not a problem.

The hotel itself was actually really nice! The room was spacious and very nicely laid out and aircon was great! Only thing is Patong is extremely busy and the room we had was facing the main road with a balcony so every night when we were in could hear the commotion of Patong till the early hours. Not a problem for us as we could sleep through it but if you don’t like noise possibly request a room on the other side??

Great location but outdated. The AC sounded a lot. No breakfast. Great staff at reception. Would be interesting to hearing the discussion where to put the toilet paper holder.

This hotel looks like it was a grand property at some point in its history. In its current state, it looks like it had been closed for years, and recently reopened, except no updates had been made to what the property was like originally. The sky and atrium bars are closed. Their only breakfast option for 240 baht simply looks terrible. The saving grace is that it's directly across from the south end of Patong Beach, a bit of a walk from Bangla Rd, although there a few bars around the corner that can be quite loud. Overall recommendation is to stay elsewhere in Phuket, and if you're so inclined to check out Patong Beach, do it in one day/evening.

The room was clean and the staff were great. The actual hotel itself looked unkept and the main area dirty. On check in we were informed our room faced the street so could be noisy when asked if there were any other rooms we could upgrade to we were informed they were full however during our stay we maybe seen two other people in the hotel it was more like a ghost town. We noticed a large dead moth on the floor as we walked to our room on the first day this was still there six days later. The bathroom to our room had a tension pole to hold up the shower curtain this Fell down numerous times. The beds were comfy and clean. All in all the value for money was fine it is in a prime location and just needs updating and cleaning through. If you’re considering stopping take ear plugs.

A great hotel - 30 years ago

I booked a room here for 5 days, but I couldn’t make it through the first night.The AC was extremely loud and it blasted me with wind all night. Even on the lowest setting. I had to move the the bed so I wouldn’t get a cold. The bed was like concrete, my ribs were hurting when I woke up from the barely 2 hours I got. I booked a room at a different hotel and just got myself out of there. The room was also opposite a party street, which I didn’t mind, it’s Patong after all. But when it’s called a beach resort I sort of expected something else. I hate to give negative reviews. The staff was lovely and the hotel must’ve been beautiful when it was built, which I suspect is the last time the owners bothered with it. The shower was excellent. The water pressure and the hot water was perfect.

This property is not rated correctly in Expedia. The property is in poor condition. There are 3 bars at within the hotel all closed. A restaurant with limited hours and 2 items for breakfast. Don’t let the pictures fool you they do not represent the condition of the property. Pool was down while we were there. There are many shops in the property all closed. And what used to be a central lobby bar and entertainment area also long closed. By the amount of dust on everything I would say this place has not recovered from Covid. Staff level was a receptionist and a maid for the rooms. Lower your expectations. In Expedia the rating is an 8 and the pictures look great. Years ago this was probably true but not today. We spent our time and money at the hotel next door. Great food, great view and entertainment. I hope the owner reads this. The hotel is in a great location and could be a great money maker but needs someone to invest in the property.
