差服務 不合理收費
入住前一個月發了電郵去Villa查詢如何check in分別發了4次完全不回覆。到致電Hotels.com 求助被要求再發郵件查詢，等了4天到入住前一天才有whatsppa回覆。 到入住house manager才說電費不是全免，超過某度數就自付，但完全沒有在Hotels.com 的條款中，4天三日取了最後一天到中午12時全在Villa,差不多早出晚歸。到離開前被要求收取約HKD100的電費。但之前電標是完全沒有過目。 house manager服務很差，收屋及還屋都遲到，不愉快的經驗。影響渡假心情

Отличная вилла. На фото кажется меньше, чем в реалии. Большой бассейн. Просторные комнаты. На вилле есть все необходимое. Инфраструктура в пешей доступности. До пляжа минут 7 на машине. Огромное спасибо команде Tropiclook за сопровождение нашего отдыха, вопросы решались быстро
