The property itself was very clean and well-maintained. The hotel also features a lovely rooftop wit beautiful views. The rooms are spacious and the location is quiet but near some great restaurants and gyms. I was able to pretty much walk everywhere but if you are comfortable renting a scooter I would recommend that you do. The staff were incredible, They were so friendly and helpful. They constantly checked in to make sure everything was ok, gave tips on the area and provided help in everyday! First we were given a room number 206, but there was only a bed in the room. They gave us a bin and some hangers. But the bed in this room was very very hard so we changed to room 303\. It was smaller but more cozy and!!! Not on the sunny side like 206\. Also we saw room 301 and it was big and very nice. Our room 303 had TV, one chair, hangers and bin. And a bed:) that's all. We were a little upset that they haven't got refrigerators and kettles in rooms. So you can't make breakfast etc. Bed was very very comfortable. Small balcony in the room. Shower is ok but very weak. First time we had a problem with water on the floor, it didn't go away. But they fixed it a little. Also we had problems with wi-fi, had to ask them to reset it almost every day. On the rooftop there is a beautiful terrace. If you live on the 4 floor be ready that there is no elevator. They don't have breakfast. Cleaning woman came very early around 9am. So if you sleep - no cleaning this day. Sometimes there was no cleaning in our room for 3 days, we had to ask for it. Location is perfect - quite street. You need a bike to go everywhere. 10 min to the beach by bike (best beach on the island - Nai Harn). 5 min to the main street of Nai Harn where all cafe and shops are situated. En af medarbejderne var rigtig flink og havde en bil så man kunne arrangere ture med ham. Alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse med en rigtig god komfort. We had very good stay at Nature Pine Residence. I guess the hotel is just recently opened, cause everything was brand-new, and still covered in plastic :D So room was extremely clean and very good! Staff was still building rooms in the lower floors, but everything was ready for guests in upper floors. Just one small con; there's no elevator and we stayed in 5th or 6th floor, so if u have trouble to walk stairs, ask for room from lower floors:) Hotel is located about 1-2km from the supermarket and stuff so it's little bit hard to get food but we ate couple times in the Jenny's bistro (near by).
