About 25 minute walk to the beach but this means it's quiet, away from the chaos of Patong, and had good views from the pool area, although this was shaded by trees. Rooms were comfortable, wifi was OK but a little intermittent. Rooms cleaned every day which was great. Air con worked well. Only criticism was that the bed had a very tired over blanket which was unnecessary and made the room look old and tired.
