I felt safe and welcome there. Hotel is very central to everything and was easy to get public transport back if needed. The market being a ross the road was an added bonus. The only pitfall I would say is the side of the hotel with a lift was extremely loud road side. When I asked the staff, I was promptly moved to the other side and assisted with moving my luggage. The pool is small but nice, a small haven after a day out. The gym is also small but you can get in a decent workout when it’s raining. however I do have a couple of grips! the bed was the most uncomfortable, hard mattress I have slept on. The othe grip was the noise from other guests, the hotel is not sound proof and we could every footstep, door slam and late night loud tuk tuk and wrestling van that went past the hotel! As well as everyone returning from a night out! It definitely made for some untrusted sleeping! The hotel is situated close to most things and i recommend the food market opposite, great food choice and great prices.
