En una de las habitaciones de filtro el agua y la reparación que hicieron fue poner un paño en la mesa, por lo que el huésped solicito un cambio y nos indicaron que no era posible hasta el día siguiente. Al día siguiente al regresar de un tour preguntamos si habían reparado y nos indicaron que no, rescató la atención del recepcionista que nos apoyo con una gestión en línea. Einchecken war oke auch wenn der Herr schon ziemlich unfreundlich war. Unser Zimmer war im Keller und zwar sehr groß aber entsprach nicht den Erwartungen. Der Duschvorhand im Bad war verschimmelt und das Wasser war kalt. Ansonsten war das Zimmer ganz oke außer dass es sehr dunkel war. Als wir Essen bestellten und das eine Essen wirklich grausam schmeckte (der Schinken schmeckte schon total schlecht) und wir es stornierten bevor es überhaupt annähernd gegessen wurde, mussten wir es trotzdem bezahlen.
