Loved this property. Everything was very clean and staff was very friendly. The only thing was that due to being on the hill, some bolt drivers didn't want to go up the hill as the roads were very narrow. This just made the late night outing to minimum. Other than that, no issues with the property.

Excellent property in a Kamala Beach area... overall, I would give 4.5 stars. Property was clean/new with good appliances, etc. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. It would be a definite 5 stars if it were located in more convenient place. Location: far up on the hill, and you'd need your own transportation to go anyway. Nothing is within a walking distance, unless you want to "hike" a long and steep hills. Yet, no view of the ocean with trees blocking the view. Though located in a secluded area, guests from the next property could look through us around the swimming pool area. If you have your own transportation and are looking for a quiet and modern property, this definitely is a place to stay, and it will certainly be a place to consider in our next Phuket trip in 2 months time.

We had a wonderful stay

From beginning to end we had a wonderful stay in our villa at Himmapana villa terraces. Check-in was quick and the girls were so friendly and helpful. The villa itself was exactly like the pictures, so modern and clean with everything we needed. Cleaning staff was also very friendly. There is a free shuttle bus to Kamala Beach every hour, that you book on an iPad in the villa or on whatsapp. That was so easy and we used it a lot. The drivers were so helpful and the kids loved driving the open shuttle bus. On the iPad you can also order food and drinks, which is so concenient. The pool was actually much bigger than we thought, and we spent a lot of time outside. Everything is really well maintained. Kamala Beach is our favorite place on Phuket, so much to see and explore and a very laidback feeling. Overall we had five wonderful days in the Villa at Himmapana.

The facility itself was clean and nice, but there were times when the air conditioner broke and the circulator in the pool broke, but they took care of it even in the middle of the night, so I didn't have any complaints. However, the inconvenience of transportation cannot be denied, and the response was the worst.Although it is not entirely my fault, when I returned home in the middle of the night, I couldn't find the way to my room, so I stopped at the administration building and looked at the location on a map. I asked him if he could teach me or lead the way on his scooter, but he refused because there was only one person. Thanks to this, there were times when I was able to go back part way and find a taxi that I could find, with the help of the taxi I had boarded, and then come back.

地點要自駕才方便。Villa乾淨，有得叫食物，但種類不夠多，有叫按摩師到Villa按摩，手勢好，管家whatsapp聯繫，基本上即時回覆。最好的是可以加錢提早checkin和delay check out。真係方便了很多。因為很夜飛機離開，所以能夠付費延遲離開實在太好了。house keeper亦有每天來清潔，refill water ，清碗。實在服務太好了。下次有機會會再入住

Alt var fuldstændig fantastisk. Selvom man bor væk fra stranden og indkøb, kan der altid tages gratis tuktuk nærmest lige når det passer en. Personalet fortjener stor ros og kommunikationen var utrolig effektiv. Vi kommer helt sikkert gerne igen.

地點位於山上 出入都不方便 而且山路路況不佳雖然住宿有提供免費接駁車 但預約困難 最小要1小時等候時間 很好時候只能自己從外面叫車 但外面的司機不願意接單 住宿不提供免費早餐但可加錢預約 預約了一天但外現其實是在外面買的外帶 只用外賣膠盒送來 完全不值 大部分地方都衛生 但有螞蟻及蟑螂 游泳池內及旁邊有上手留下的煙頭 我們經酒店預約車去機場 出發前有詢問可否在沿途路邊多接兩名朋友 因為在沿途路邊接肯定不會產生額外時間 也答應沒問題 但上車後5分鐘突然被拒絕 說要不就直接去機場 要不就反回酒店另行叫車 而且不接受溝通 我們無奈接受繼續去機場 感覺被騙
