We were there for 4 days and we enjoyed it. We got the private pool villa and it was nice and spacious. It had 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, one half bath, a huge kitchen and living room and was overall nice. We were disappointed because prior to booking, we were told that the hot tub had HOT water but when we arrived, the staff told us it only has cold water. We tried getting in but it was hard to enjoy because the water was freezing. The hill that it sits on is pretty steep so if you’re walking beware of that. The back of the building looks like an unfinished construction site with trash and building materials everywhere. Cracks on the walls, fading paint. The villa itself is cleaned by individuals who seem to have no experience in cleaning whatsoever. The staff is nice but there policy upon check in is $20,000 BAHT cash deposit or they hold your passport. I felt skeptikal handing them my passport but I had no choice because.... who carries $20,000 cash around? Either way, the villa itself was nice but everything else was not so nice. I was worried when booking this place because i read the reviews, but they were so wrong. This place was beautiful and the staff was so nice and helpful. They cleaned the villa everyday. We rented a scooter to get around, if you walk it’s 10 min walk to Bangla road. This is also close to Karon and Kata beach by scooter or car. Came to Phuket 5th time Normally I stayed at 5 star hotels in downtown, but this time I wanted to try something different and had kids with me so I thought pool in the villa would be a good idea. The pictures shown are half way false.. there is no view of the villa at all. After looking at the pictures I thought wow from the roof top it’s a valley view or something, but in reality it’s not like that. There were a zillion mosquitoes when we arrived and they bit each and everyone of us, it was soooo hot inside the villa like an oven. Anyways when you go to Patong area no one knows how to bring you back.
