Lovely stay for travelers on a budget. In a good part of town, close to the beach, restaurants and the hustle of Phuket. Very nice hotel staff and helped us book accommodations for a good price. I've lived in Phuket and know what's what and where. Most disappointed in the staff. They don't answer the phone when Expedia called and when I did several times. The woman at the hotel definitely didn't speak English and claimed not to speak Thai. I booked the hotel and another in Phuket Town for later in my visit several months ago and accidently booked them in the wrong month. I stayed in February and the accidental booking was in March. I finally spoke with the manager on the phone and she didn't commit to a refund and I never received one or heard back from her. The other hotel in Phuket refunded the mistake happily and quickly. Disappointing, but my mistake both with the wrong booking and booking this hotel. Dadurch war auch kein Straßenlärm zu hören, obwohl die Straße gefühlt 24/7 stark befahren ist. Die Gastgeberin ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Für den Preis hat es mir sehr gut gefallen. Wie in allen Hotels in Thailand aber sehr dünne Wände und man würde alles vom Nachbarn hören.
