This property provides 2 adult return speedboat tickets per reservation (valid on arrival day and departure day) from Phuket Chalong Pier to Racha Island (advance reservation required). The property itself is ok beds are very comfortable and clean, breakfast is very basic no variety at all no cereals for kids or pancakes and fir the amount of money we paid it’s not great so I would only give 2 stars to this property, dinner in the restaurant is not great either, but we went outside the resort to eat as it was nicer and a bit cheaper.

The big problem is, it's part of a huge Chinese tour operation now, so any peace and quiet goes out of the window. Was greeted with "nihao" at check in, constant announcements in Chinese, it's just not a pleasant experience. we left a day early because of it. I guess if you are Chinese you will love it here. The resort itself is nice, the pool is nice and the staff who do speak Thai are friendly.

シャワーを浴びるのに十分な水がでなかった。 冷蔵庫がないのはやっぱり不便。 朝食は貧相過ぎる。島内の食事は美味しいとは 言えず、全て価格が高すぎ。 スタッフは良かったです。

Das Resort ist schön gelegen und in der Bucht gibt es Korallen und viele Fische zu sehen. Leider ist das Restaurant nicht besonders gut und die Preise völlig überteuert. Das Personal ist relativ unaufmerksam und nicht besonders freundlich. Der Service auch für die Unterkünfte ist relativ dürftig.

worst hotel I ever booked

This was our first trip to Thailand and this island was recommended to us. Since there aren't many options on the island in terms of hotels, we chose this one. Big mistake. The location is not bad, could have the potential of a great hotel...but: - the staff barely speaks English and it's a real challenge to get anything done - there's a 3% surcharge if you pay by card, which was not specified anywhere in the booking confirmation email - the room was decrepit. There was a rusty folding bed in the bathroom, blocking what I assume was to be the wardrobe (yes, you are right, it was in the bathroom, next to the toilet); not that I would ever put my clothes in there. The windows and mirrors in the room seemed they have not been cleaned in forever and the door was rusty and had a hole in it, at the bottom. The bathroom smelled like pee. The only good thing was the bed (was comfortable enough) and the fact the AC worked. - the food at their restaurant (including breakfast) was terrible...and not cheap. - the island is pretty dirty and their staff contributes to that state. One of the guys picking us up from Patong beach, once finished his smoothie, he threw the empty plastic cup and straw on the side of the dirt road...

Nonostante la spiaggia di questo resort sia rocciosa è l’unica dell’isola dove è possibile vedere una quantità enorme di pesci. La piscina è bellissima con vista mare da sopra la cucina. In generale l’ambientazione é bellissima. La stanza é molto bella e spaziosa e rimane negli standard della Thailandia. Forse migliorerei un po’ l’inglese dello staff ma bene o male ci si può capire.

Isola da sogno

Posto incantevole! Ubicato in mezzo alla natura ha solo bungalow con accesso privato e piccolo patio/ balconcino. Camera semplice ma pulita, mancanza di riassortimento dei prodotti x il bagno, ma viene effettuato il cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani. Buona colazione con influenza asiatica! Baia privata dove si può effettuare il migliore snorkeling dell'isola!! !! Attenzione di sera x muoversi nell'isola si ha bisogno di una torcia poiché non vi è illuminazione!!! Un posto da sogno!!!!

Raya has died

Kävin saarella ensimmäisen kerran 2010..tuolloin rannan korallit olivat vielä elossa ja hienoa katsottavaa ja vesi todella kirkasta. Nyt turistit pilanneet rannan ja korallit kuolleet ja hyvin vähän elämää veden alla. Saari sopii parhaiten päiväretkikohteeksi..pitkät kävelymatkat ja kyytejä huonosti. Jos on useamman päivän niin ainoa oikea hotelli mikä kannattaa ottaa on The Racha Patok beachillä tai sitten joku Patok beachin bungalow (Venekyydit lähtee ja tulee Patok beachille). Sain Ban Raya-hotellin ravintolasta ruokamyrkytyksen joten seuraavat pari päivää meni wcssä suurimmaksi osaksi ja sitten sairaalaan kun pääsin pois saarelta. Kallis sesonki aika, pettymys oli maksaa itsensä kipeäksi..kirjaimellisesti. Hotelli ja palvelut sielä ihan ok vaikka tottakai kalliimpia kuin mantereella. Alue hiljainen ja iso. Allasalue ihan hyvä. Sijainti huono..hotellilla kivikkoinen ranta ja matkaa päärannalle paljon.

のんびりゆったり

とにかく、ゆっくり、ゆったり、のんびりするのには最適なホテルです。設備がよくてサービス満点で豪華さを求めている人には向きません。必要最少限のサービスで自然の中で贅沢な時間を過ごせる人向きです。ホテルのすぐ下のプライベートビーチは白い砂浜のビーチではありませんが、珊瑚と綺麗な魚を沢山見ることができます。結構大きな魚もいます。スタッフのサービスは良いとは言えません。タイ人ではなくミャンマー人らしいです。レストランの食事もいまいちです。しかし、ホテルライフを総合的に評価すると、宿泊できるゲストの数も多すぎもせず少なすぎすもせず快適です。本当の贅沢な時間の過ごし方が理解できる人にお薦めです。

Schöne Lage abseits der Massen

Wir waren 6 Tage dort, und die Anlage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Allerdings ist das Personal extrem unmotiviert. Man wird eigentlich komplett ignoriert. An einem Morgen um kurz nach Acht war einem Gast ein Spiegelei vor dem Frühstücksbüffet heruntergefallen. Das lag auch um 9.30 Uhr noch da, was nicht nur hässlich aussah sondern wegen der Rutschgefahr auch nicht ungefährlich war.

Okay hotel på en skøn ø

Vi tog afsted med minimale forventninger og blev derfor positivt overrasket. Koh Racha er en dejlig ø med en lækker strand. Her er dog mange dags turister, så vi valgte at tage på nogle af øens andre strande i dagstimerne. Hotellet er hvad det er. En smule slidt og kunne godt trænge til en facelift, men alt i alt havde vi et dejligt ophold. Hvis man kommer med lave forventninger bliver man bestemt ikke skuffet. Til hotellet høre også en lille strand, her er perfekt at snorkle, da der er mange koraller. Vi havde lidt problemer med at få arrangeret bådtransport, men personalet på hotellet prøve at hjælpe på bedste vis.

Déçu de l'hôtel par rapport au prix payé . Pas internet dans les chambres , seulement à la réception quand ca sautait pas . Pas de frigo dans la chambre donc obliger d aller acheter de l eau fraîche à la boutique du coin . Les serviettes de plage sont à louer . Je dirai vu le prix on s attend à un minimum de service . Le cadre est sympa car beaucoup d arbrs mais attention aux moustiques . J'ai du à plusieurs reprises demander au service de nettoyage de désinsectiser car la protection de moustique dans la salle de bain étaient trouées à plusieurs endroits et les moustiques se baladaient dans la chambre. Personnel souriant mais pas souvent la au niveau de la réception Check in.

一番安いカテゴリーに５泊しました。 毎日お水２本、アメニティはシャンプー＆リンス、石鹸のみ。歯ブラシはないです。 お湯がほしい場合有料です。レストランで２０B払うと大きめの急須に入れてくれます。 ビーチタオルもレンタル代３０B支払う必要があります。 島のレストランまで少し距離があります。散歩には丁度良いくらいです。 スタッフに微笑みはありません。もくもくと仕事をこなしているだけです。 唯一笑顔で対応してくれたスタッフは、ホテルのコンビニレジの女の子だけ・・・。 お客さんの大半が大陸からの団体旅行なので、無理もないかな？ 微笑みのタイを期待してくる方には、おすすめできません。 海しかないので、海以外で遊ぼうと考えている方にもおすすめしません。

就業条件が悪いのか、従業員教育を全くしていないためか、とにかくフロント、レストランの従業員の対応が悪すぎる。レストランは、朝のバイキングで従業員が紅茶やミルク等がなくなっても補充はしない。呼んでもこない。夜にはフロントが誰もいなくなり、緊急時の対応ができなくなる。同宿者は「部屋が蚊だらけで部屋を変えてほしいと伝えたが、全く無視された」とのこと。なぜほおっておけるのか、不思議でならない。島という立地で割高なのは理解できるが、それにしても２倍から３倍を払っている分、ある程度の従業員の接客態度は必要だと思う。別のレストランに行ってみて、対応がよかったので、確信した。 一方で、室内の掃除はきちんと行き届いており、直接、接しない従業員のほうが きちんとしている印象。

其实在这间酒店住应该很休闲地住两三天，整个酒店以浮潜点为卖点，很不错，离岸很近的地方就有很多鱼，不会游泳或怕水的也可以这此玩，一点不危险.酒店房间是一个个小木屋，有很棒的空调，看样子是新的，虽然没有洗漱用品，但自己带就行啦，酒店餐厅的景也很美，吃完饭，在绿意中散步，美得很。酒店里的大蜥蜴，我们偶遇三次，看到人转身就跑，不用怕，我想不忍它，它也不会打扰你的。

Disappointing resort on beautiful island

We stayed there 12 years ago and it was superb. It has now become primarily a base for groups of day trippers from Phuket and,along with all the other resorts on this beautiful island ,overpriced with mediocre food and mediocre service. No assistance with luggage during transfers by boat, while walking through water on beach, or at jetty.No fridge or cold water ,no coffee making facilities,in room. The island itself is strewn with unsightly building rubble. Superb snorkelling.

优点和缺点都特别明显的酒店，如果喜欢浮潜，强烈推荐

虽说是三星级，但住在那屋子里，电视里放着CCTV4的新闻，真恍惚觉得是在京郊农家乐，绝对不夸张，窗外还有壁虎叫。不过这个酒店的优点也同样出众，就是浮潜点特别棒！守着Kon Kare Bay，浮潜变成了一件容易的事，想做就做的事。救生衣80铢/天、潜水镜100铢/天，很值得。另外这里也是岛上最佳日出观看点。专门有几个沙滩椅支在了断崖上，供游客看日出。
