The Avista is such a beautiful place to stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The rooftop bar had an excellent view of the beach. The staff was very friendly from the moment you arrive until you leave. The resort was walking distance to food, the beach, shopping, 7 Eleven. Would highly recommend for anyone to stay.

We had a great stay at Avista Grande Resort. The location is excellent, easy for a mini bus, taxi or Grab drivers to access since it’s just off a main street, and only a short walk to the Kata night markets and plenty of restaurants. The buffet breakfast was comprehensive, with a good mix of Western and Asian options, and the pool and pool bar were a really nice place to relax during the day. A special mention to Kirill, the Assistant Guest Relations Manager, who was friendly, helpful, and provided great local information throughout my stay. His recommendations made getting around and finding good spots much easier. Overall, Avista Grande delivered a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable experience.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The property is exceptionally clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. The location is perfect just a three minute walk to the beach, making it very convenient for a relaxing vacation. The restaurant deserves special recognition. The food was absolutely delicious, with every meal exceeding my expectations. We had an absolutely amazing stay at Avista Grande Karon Resort. It was our anniversary/ birthday trip and it was fantastic! Our room was upgraded and decorated for our arrival! We had a welcome cake and a card. Hotel is nice and clean. Staff is helpful and kind. Breakfast is delicious and tons offer tons of variety. Overall my husband and I are very pleased and we would definitely return to this resort!

My family and I stayed for two weeks at this beautiful hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The pool is gorgeous. They had fire shows (about 15 min) on certain nights that were fun to watch. As with any restaurant that is part of a hotel, be prepared to spend. The food is great though. My kids (ages 8&4) had an amazing time. Although I wouldn’t say the resort is geared towards kids, it is still kid friendly. They have a kids center where my children would enjoy going to. Overall my trip was nothing short of amazing and having a comfortable and safe place to sleep made it all the better.

The overall property was great. Short walk to beach with great restaurants and an amazing staff. Our last night was at Char and the entertainment was a saxophonist. Very entertaining since we are from New Orleans. Hope to stay again.
