What a great place to stay. Almost centrally located to everything you want to be near. Shopping, restaurants, tours, the beach!!!, and street vendors are so close by. The manager Skandar was exceptionally nice and helpful. All his suggestions and tips were spot on for us. I think he went out of his way to make sure our stay was the best in Phuket. He even booked flights for us to trek off to Bangkok a few days. When I come back to Patong, which I will, I will stay at the Andatel every time. The whole staff was so pleasant and very polite so you feel at home with them. That pool after a long day is so refreshing, wish it were open all night for late night dips in the cool water. Patong is humid you know!
