One of the problems outside of the good resorts like Green Bay is the garbage everywhere - mainly plastic. It's just incomprehensible how the Vietnamese can't get their house in order to collect garbage and process it rather than just allow people to throw it in the streets. It's a disgrace. And even in Phu Quoc prison, a place that stands testament to the struggle and sacrifices the Vietnamese people made to win freedom and independence for their nation, they cannot organise sufficiently to avoid garbage all over the place. I found disrespectful and disgraceful.
