The front desk staff were not friendly nor accommodating/hospitable. The hotel is newer, but poorly built, as is the modern way, I guess. I could hear my neighbors, the cleaning staff in other rooms, and screaming kids from the pool. Everything (schedules, menus, room service) is online via a QR code, but half the time the internet didnt work. Lastly, this was the most expensive hotel I stayed at and the value/service for the money just wasn't there. I would not recommend staying here.
