Great for Family Weekend
The house was great. It was in a perfect location for us with all of the amenities as described. The four bedrooms were exactly what we needed and the ease of checking in and out was great. Jason was awesome. This house was clean and was just what we needed.

Surprise Birthday Visit
10 of us travel to Arizona to surprise my mother-in-law for her 80th birthday. The house met all of needs and was easy to find and not far to their house. Loved the colors of the interior and beds were comfy. I suggest that Jason check the bunk beds to tighten them as them seemed a little rickety. Thank you for the use of your home and we will definitely remember this place for further visits to Arizona.

Lerdect Golf Getaway

So enjoyed our stay at this home! Loved the open set up of the house for meals and visiting. Bedrooms were comfortable and plentiful! All necessary amenities were provided. Location worked nicely for golf outings and hiking. Some fun local restaurants with very nice staff and good food. Great experience! Would recommend!

Nice Place Outside of the City

Wonderful Home
This home is beautiful, and had all the amenities, including lovely plush towels, fully equiped kitchen, and tv in every bedroom. Being able to park 2 cars in the garage out of the sun was ideal in the desert. We loved the country-like neighborhood, quiet and beautiful with a lovely mountain view. There are several restaurants nearby, but we easily prepared the majority of our meals in the great kitchen complete with pots, pans, lots of dishes, cups, utensils and even a rice cooker. We enjoyed it so much we plan to return in December!

Spacious house in Gold Canyon
Great location, large living area and bedrooms. Only minor issues that I would point out, paint chipping in guest bathtub (alerted property manager and this will be addressed); backyard area is sadder than sad, could seriously use some sprucing up; lack of paper towels and kitchen trash bags that actually fit the pail was actually the most frustrating issues, only one roll currently on towel holder and extra trash bags under sink too small for pail. In the grand scheme of things, not major issues, however they are the reasons for the 4 stars instead of 5.

I stumbled upon this property after my previous rental was cancelled by the host with short notice (due to property being sold). Jason was quick to respond and answer questions I had regarding the property. Prior to arrival we received all necessary information we needed about the property and the surrounding area. Upon arrival we found the property to be as described. The home was well maintained, in a central location and loaded with the things we needed for our stay. First, the bedrooms. This home has a master suite with a king bed and 70” tv, a second bedroom with a bunk bed that includes a double bottom bunk and a double pull out in addition to a twin top bunk. Bedroom two also included a large TV. Bedroom three has a daybed with a pullout as well and you guessed it another large TV. There is a second full bath (in addition to the master), a living room (also with a large TV) fully equipped kitchen and large dining area. The yard is enclosed and included a patio area and gas grill (with spare tank). There is also a two car garage and large driveway. The home is clean and it is obvious Jason takes pride in this property. Aside from groceries we had everything we needed for our extended family vacation. There were games for the kids, grilling tools, linens, paper goods and even a supply of spare batteries for the remotes (often overlooked by hosts). There is a landline phone, excellent WiFi and all TV’s are smart TVs and support most streaming services. If you are visiting Gold Canyon this is a great property to consider.

One of the best rentals ever!
I’ve rented a lot of VRBO properties and this is at the top. I was able to extend my stay an additional 4 days. The host was incredibly helpful and communicative. Now, about the property. Super quiet neighborhood with lots of good places to walk. Neighbors were so friendly. The house was very clean and so well appointed. I really felt like I was at home. The kitchen had it all!! New 70 to 80 inch TV’s (I think) in every room, beds were comfortable, new carpet (it seems like). Just awesome. The only thing if I had a criticism would be the backyard. It’s very cozy but it’s all gravel with a small patio slab. This house was perfect and loved every minute of my stay here. So wish I was here longer. A special thanks to the owners for allowing this house to be on VRBO.

Beautiful House
This house was perfect and was exactly what we needed! It was very clean and location is close to main highways. Jason was prompt with answering questions and when we needed propane he arranged it to be delivered and had maintenance come for a couple other things! Washer and dryer was very helpful! Would definitely rent again! Loved it so much, I’d buy it if it was for sale! Thanks for the perfect stay!

Excellent place to stay
This was perfect for my family of 7. We had our own space but also where together as a family hanging out. The house was great. Everything we could need was there. I would definitely love to do this again. Oh and the property manager was awesome. If I needed to contact him it was easy and he was fast to get back. Great service

Perfect Stay in Gold Canyon
This was the perfect house for our family to stay in during our recent visit to Gold Canyon. We are a family of four, but the house could easily accommodate a larger family. The house was super clean, decorated so nicely and made us feel right at home. We will definitely be back! Jason was great as well, very responsive and made chekck in and out extra easy!

Great Family Rental Space
We hosted a family Thanksgiving weekend for 11 at the house and it was terrific. Though the cooking and serving supplies were a bit low, we brought our own. We found, however, that the kitchen was very well stocked with nice plates, cups, and silverware and there were plenty of seats for all. Nice, open floor plan kept us all connected with rooms and beds for everyone. All stocked with very nice sheets and blankets and towels, etc. My only gripe was the floral scent in the house and on the bed sheets -- I'm just not a fan of these types of scents at all. Otherwise, clean, spacious, and very welcoming house in a beautiful area with sweeping views of the mountains. Terrific stay.

This home slept 12 of us plus a few extra (groomsmen). Very nicely decorated and spacious. Convenient to our wedding venue and the owner was very responsive to questions. Would highly recommend to anyone coming out to this incredible scenic part of the eastern Phoenix area.

We were not familiar with the area and were pleasantly surprised. We ended up renting like 6 other homes through Jason as we were part of a very large group. The mountains, golf courses and hiking trails were all breath taking!! The pictures do not do the area nor the home justice. All the TV's have access to games, netflix, hulu, etc and they are in every room. I could not get my kids to leave their rooms (in this case that was a good thing...as that meant quality relax time for us). The salt river was a ton of fun (very relaxing as well). We were also able to enjoy a ride in a world war II B17 bomber (airplane) at the Arizona Commemorative Air Force Museum (they give rides in other vintage airplanes as well). My husband and I loved the vintage pinball arcade just down the road...it was fun showing the kids the games we played growing up! Jason was very receptive to all requests and provided an unending stream of recommendations on restaurants/things to do in the area. We are definitely coming back. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Worth the money
This place was amazing!! All was better than expected and was totally worth the money. Do not be fooled by lower priced options in the area as they are nothing like the pictures and will ruin your vacation comfort. Jason was very accommodating to our large group and was able to help us rent multiple homes in the area aligning to our needs and dates. I highly recommend this home!

Excellent Vacation!
This place was gorgeous!! We were able to rent this home and 5 others nearby to accommodate our large group. Everything was brand new and state of the art! Jason was very accommodating and receptive to our needs. The area was beautiful surrounded by 5 star golf courses and the Infamous Superstition Mountains (we did not find any gold however)! The kids loved all the hiking trails as well as the lakes. The Lost Dutchman Superstition Mountain Ghost Town was straight out of the movies (and free to see the shows and tour the buildings). We loved the home made fudge and ice cream as well as the old fashioned steak house. We stopped by Saguaro lake and did the river cruise as well (gorgeous landscapes with wildlife all around). The host of the cruise provided a great history of the area and was very entertaining. Our family was so sad to leave =(

Great Place.
This house was perfect for our family visiting Arizona for a wedding. It was big enough for a crowd and had all the necessary amenities. Although there was a slight issue at the beginning of our stay, Jason quickly remedied it and the stay was very enjoyable.

Wonderfully furnished
The House is beautifully decorated and furnished fabulously for a group of people. Plenty of towels and dishes! All the essentials provided. This location is a tad far outside of Phoenix. But it worked wonderful for being outside the city during a busy month in Phoenix and was still close enough to drive to the places we needed to be. All conveniences close by and beautiful views around. Hiking trails minutes away. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a fabulous stay here. The house was beautiful and fully stocked with everything! There was 11 of us that stayed. In town for a horse show. The house can actually sleep 14. The couch is also a sleeper. We had forgotten games for the kiddos and this was even provided. Big plus! Plenty of everything. Even shampoo and conditioner in the showers. You do not need to bring anything! He had it. Across the street from restaurants and a beautiful golf course. Grocery store down the street. Great location and great view. Dogs allowed! Great patio to sit! If ever in town again this will definitely be our go to home.

I have stayed at a lot of “home alway” properties, this was by FAR the cleanest one we have been to. It was SPOTLESS. It is in a Beautiful area right near the Superstition Mountains. If we are ever needing to stay in the Gold Canyon area again this will be my go to property.

Great getaway with the family
My wife and three kids travelled to Gold Canyon to visit some family. My kids loved the bunk beds and watching their favorite cartoons on one of the many big screen tvs. My wife and I enjoyed the recently renovated interior, having the extra space, comfortable beds, tvs, etc. We'd recommend this place to anyone travelling to Gold Canyon. The owner was also very responsive to our initial inquiry and checked in ahead of time to make sure we had what we needed.
