Scottsdale Apartment near everything

  • 800 square foot apartment. 1 bed, 1 bath. Queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and air bed available for two extra sleepers. Walking distance to grocery store, movie theatre, salons, restaurants, etc. All new appliances (oldest is 3 years) including washer and dryer in apartment. Wi-fi included, quiet neighborhood, parking space. All kitchen necessaries included. Ideal for young couple, student, vacationers, etc. Hiking, Golf, Museums, National and State Parks, Shopping, all nearby. Air purifier system installed as part of HVAC March 2021

    No mail service is available for the apartment. There are UPS and Postnet stores nearby. Unit is unavailable for rental yearly from December 15 to March 15.
