I come to spring training from day 1 till the last day. The location of this property is a great location to be able to get to any of the ballparks in a reasonable amount of time.While I am in AZ, my family and friends take turn coming down for games with me and to enjoy the sun. The 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths were ideal for this purpose.Diana was a great host - she met us at the property and showed us around as well as acquainting us with all the ins and outs. She was always available and quick to respond to any requests.Lots of shopping, restaurants and movie theaters nearby.I'd recommend staying here anytime.

Beautiful condo in a great location

My husband, a native Phoenician, and I moved to Florida a few years ago. Even he was surprised this location was incredibly convenient to every single thing we did over our three week stay. Additionally, I love that the property is so close to Mayo, and so miles and miles of running trails.

Nice place!

This place has lots of room and is comfortable. It was in a nice location too. It was very hot when we were there so we went to the pool but the water was too cold. We were a bit disappointed in that but everything else was nice.

Clean and neat Villa; responsive host.

Villa was comfortable and well furnished. The owner/host is very responsive and easily accessible. The villa development is overall quiet but this rental unit is close to Bell Road which has high traffic volume. Apparently there is no noise ordinance enforcement on Scottsdale streets so loud vehicles are frequently heard from 5:30 in the morning until 10:30 or later in the evening. It can become quite annoying during an extended stay.

The property was just as shown in the photos. The property was clean and very well maintained. .The property manager Dianna was very accommodating. She met us at the property at check-in to review the property and offered great suggestions for activities. She went over and above what any other property manager has done in our experience. Details not accurate

We arrived and Host said the pool was heated and everything worked. The coffee machines were both not working my husband had to fix one. I phoned the host a few times prior to us coming and we were told the pool was clean and heated to swim in. The pool grounds were not maintained, bird feces everywhere and the pool was ice cold. Our grandchildren could not go swimming. The unit also was not child friendly and dark. The floors were dirtying the kitchen and we had to deal with construction noise.

Great location, immaculate, comfortable beds, plenty of supplies. This condo was the perfect place to stay for our two weeks in Scottsdale, and we will reserve it again!
