Our stay was very nice, lots of room for everyone. The house was clean and the yard was nice. Our only problem was with the key pad for entry. It was not working well so we had to use the garage door opener instead which was slightly annoying. But other than that, no complaints!

A very clean property with a flat screen in all rooms...plenty of space for 7 adults. The host was kind enough to let us stay a tad later due to our performance schedule. I would definitely book this one again!

When we showed up and walked in, we were really surprised how spacious it is compared to the online pictures. After checking things out and moving our stuff in, it was very comfortable and felt like home. This is a nice place to stay and close to many places. We would book this place again in the future.

I stayed with several friends at this property and we were all very impressed! It's a beautiful modern interior that was very clean and comfortable. There's lots to do on site and it was a good central location to get to other areas of the valley. I highly recommend the property. The property managers were easy to reach and great to work with.

The home is just as beautiful and nice as the pictures show, the living areas were even larger than expected. The hot tub was not ready when we arrived as it was cold and a little dirty, but the host was great in bringing over the necessary chemicals and getting it going. Awesome stay and exactly what we needed!

The place was exactly as described. Clean house and comfortable beds, hot tub was clean and when we happened to get locked out, we were able to contact owner in a matter of minutes and get it resolved. If we go to Mesa again we will definitely stay there again. Also, nice neighborhood and safe to walk around without being worried about the surroundings and huge park close by.

Lovely home , very clean , would have like clear instructions on trash and how to work thermostate and back yard lights so we didnt have to bug you :) also the directions that come up when pressing the link on map provided did not take us to the home , you might want to update that.

The photos show this place in good condition and that is not how we found it. It is a heavily used rental with high turnover and very little upkeep in between customers. Bedding was soiled with makeup and blood. Patio cushions shredded, filthy, with some of them missing altogether, not as pictured. Furniture and rugs filthy as well, not as pictured. Kitchen has the bare minimum for cooking at home. Garbage disposal broke as did the hot tub during our stay and was not fixed. Garage was full of trash, used bedding and broken furniture and broken ping pong table-- not as pictured. The rental is run by a management company not a local host and they are not responsive. The location is good, centrally located. The house itself was not a bad space, just not maintained properly. Only rent this place if you are prepared to spend your vacation cleaning someone else's mess and being hassled with repairs that are not yours.

Our stay was great! Kelly and Allie went out of their way to make sure everything was clean and ready for us upon our arrival. With 5 kids it was great to have the number of beds in the house and every room had it's own smart TV. The large kitchen was helpful in preparing meals and the outdoor area was great with the kids having room to play some ping pong and mini golf. The hot tub was well used too! Would stay again.

This home is perfectly located near several great golf courses. The neighborhood is very clean and quiet. The home was clean and comfortable. Cool putting green and hot tub in the backyard. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were put together well. We will definitely stay here again.
