Newly Renovated Casita in Mesa, King-Sized Bed and Lightening Fast WiFi

  • This romantic casita/bungalow hideaway is nestled in the Evergreen historic neighborhood just north of downtown Mesa. You will feel like you are in the midwest with the large trees and green belts and houses built in the 1930's. The only difference is that it will be 50 degrees warmer! Neighbors enjoy wine on their front porches and say hello to passerbys. This cozy stand-alone bungalow is within easy walking distance of downtown Mesa, home to many local restaurants and bars.

    The casita was recently finished being completely renovated with brand new flooring, paint, appliances, kitchen cabinets, walk-in closet, bathroom, brand new BEDEGA king-size mattress, furnishings, and brand new fixtures. In addition, the casita has its own stackable washer/dryer so you can travel light. DirecTV, lightning fast WiFi, FireStick with Netflix/Amazon Prime are all provided at no extra charge. With lightening fast Wifi connection at speeds over 500MBPS, you are sure to stay connected (if you want to). Very cold and quiet air conditioning to keep you cool on those warm days/nights in Arizona.

    Free bus service is available to the Cub's Hohokam Stadium. The Mesa Convention Center and Center for the Arts are within easy walking distance.

    The Bungalow is only a 5 minute drive from Sloan Park, home of spring training for the Chicago Cubs and less than a mile from Hohokam park home of spring training for the Oakland Athletics.

Casita Stay!

Great property and perfect location for my trip. Communication was superb and property instructions were very simple. The Casita is perfect for one or two people, super quiet neighborhood, felt very safe the whole time.

What a bargain.

If you looking for an economical place to stay, that suits your basic needs, this is it. We golfed in Mesa for 10 days, and found this location close to the affordable golf courses. It suited our needs very well.

It's a very smart, straightforward, and quaint bungalow. Very spacious, versatile, and private. It offers a beautiful up to date little kitchen, living room, and laundry room. I would have extended my stay if I could have.

All amenities, cookware, towels, shampoo etc. we needed were here. Chic decor, very metropolitan, elegant. Coffee table pulls up into a higher table. A folding table and 2 chairs was available. The space inside and outside is so much better then motel room. Very private and quiet. Ill look for avaiability next time we visit. Close to Natural history and a pioneer museum.

From start to finish, smooth and simple. Checking in and out quick and directions were exactly clear. Doesn’t ask for much of anything so the stay and check out were completely stress free. Didn’t run into a single issue. The neighborhood was peaceful and it was close to everything we needed for our trip. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay ! Absolutely perfect

Very nice studio!

Very nice studio. Kitchen well stocked, bed comfy, layout is great. Nice to have laundry on site and patio. We enjoyed all of the citrus trees around us. We did comment privately that the large sofa is quite broke down and needs replacing, and the bath fan is very loud. They said they had intentions to replace the sofa. I absolutely would stay here again.

Amazing! So easy. Great king size bed and pillows. Very quite and private. HIGH speed internet was so enjoyable along with huge TV with ALL channels. Walk to family run Mexican food, Walgreens and easy short Uber ride to Sprouts

Another great stay!

Enjoyed another great stay at this location. In town for mostly golf, so to and from this location was a breeze. Easy to get to from Skyharbor as well! Easy check in, check out process and this quiet casita worked perfectly for what I needed. Laundry (washer/dryer) is an added benefit you won't always get. Plenty of room to do some cooking, etc., as needed. I didn't but one could without much trouble. Would definitely stay here again and plan to! Don't hesitate booking this one!

Perfect spot in Mesa/Tempe area

Was on vacation golfing every day and this spot was perfect for what I needed. Host was awesome to work with and responded to questions, etc. very quickly. Check in process was simple and the lighted path to the casita was great! Laundry off the main part of the casita was very helpful and I took advantage of that! Bed, couch were very comfy and the room(s) were very clean and welcoming. Coming and going any time of the day was easy and the location was very quiet and safe! Nice kitchen area, however I didn't use it much. Large fridge and freezer as needed as well for those brining groceries for their stay. Nothing wrong with staying here and I wouldn't think twice about coming back. Nice location to and from airport (Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport) as well...

Mesa Casita

We enjoyed our stay in the Mesa Casita located in the charming Evergreen Historical District. The casita was comfortable and supplies well stocked. It was centrally located for the activities we wanted to enjoy.
