Last-Minute Bookings: Extra verification for arrivals within 72 hours and for local residents

PETS: Not permitted

Rental Contract
A signed rental contract is required for all rentals and must be signed prior to check-in. No exceptions.

Cancellation Policy
The traveler's credit card is not charged until 60 days from arrival so those who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will not be charged. If you cancel after that point, you will not receive a refund unless you have purchased our cancel for any reason (CFAR) policy at the time of booking.

City Info and Rules

-To be fair to all potential guests, the property can only be reserved by making a reservation and a deposit, and will not be held by verbal communication
-Please take note that the town Paradise Valley and City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances aimed at curbing parties, gatherings, and undue noise disturbances within city limits
-Guests agree to comply with Scottsdale Ordinance laws regarding short-term rentals:
-Sec. 18-152. - Non-residential usage by vacation rentals or short-term rentals prohibited.
-No vacation rental or short-term rental may be used for any non-residential use or purpose including but not limited to any of the following:
-Any commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or other non-residential purposes;
-Operating a retail business, restaurant, event center, banquet center, or similar use;
-Housing sex offenders is prohibited
-Operating or maintaining a structured sober living home
-Selling liquor, controlled substances or pornography
-Operating any adult-oriented business including nude and topless dancing
-No person including an owner or operator shall operate a vacation rental or short-term rental in violation of this section

Booking Requirements:
-Must be a minimum of 28 years of age to book this property
-Photo ID / verification required
-Names of all guests' are required
-Face-to-face check in and check out are required
-Approved vendors available by using our concierge service
-Unapproved vendors are not allowed to this property
-Additional verification is required for last minute bookings less than 7 days prior to arrival, and local Arizona residents
