The room was clean. Staff was very helpful. The bar in the lobby was great. The only thing that was not great were the bathroom by the pool. They need to be cleaned and maintained better.
Calling guest services for food orders worked perfectly. Food arrived quickly. All around good stay. The one star off is because my TV never worked the entire time I was there. I called to have it fixed and nobody showed.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Overall I’d say my experience was a 3.8 out of 5. The gym was great and the room was clean. The food at the bar was subpar, however the breakfast buffet was great. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The gift shop was well stocked however the operating system was down for the majority of the stay. I would stay here again if I had to but I would keep my options open. Satisfied but could have been better.
I had a wonderful time, Staff was sweet and very nice. I’ll definitely be back soon. What a fun place to be with family. Good food and great drinks as well.💕
I was looking for the volleyball and the sand. The internet was slow, but overall great for the top-of-the-mountain experience and the early-morning mountain climb.
Staff was awesome just the room could use some up-keeping. Bathroom door would not slide shut all the way - wi fi/ tv cuts in and out. Hard to open slider doors to patio -
