Very disappointed stay. The pool slide is only open one hour past check in and one hour prior to check out. The room was dirty, dust bunnies on the ceiling and walls,the carpet was filthy. The pool was dirty as well. Do not recommend.

I recently stayed at the Quinta Inn by Wyndham in Phoenix, and I had an extremely unpleasant experience. The first room I was given had a strong smell of cigarettes, which was very off-putting. I immediately requested to switch to another room, but unfortunately, the second room was infested with bugs everywhere. It was truly a horrifying sight. Feeling both unsafe and uncomfortable, I decided to leave the hotel immediately. However, when I requested a refund for my stay, I was denied by the hotel staff. This added to the already disappointing experience. The room I stayed in was not only dirty but also felt extremely unsafe and unwelcoming. Considering my experience, I deeply regret choosing this hotel. The condition of the room should have been a red flag from the beginning. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying at the Quinta Inn by Wyndham in Phoenix to reconsider their choice. And to add to the disappointment, Expedia didn’t do much to help getting a refund from this place all in all I’m very disappointed in Expedia being that I’ve been a long time customer of theirs.

Really enjoyed Dinner at the top of the rock. Although, I will say, for it being a fancier restaurant, in my opinion our dinner wasn't peaceful and quiet outside because everyone was surrounding us and being loud and obnoxious trying to take pictures right by our table and get in our way of enjoying the view and having a nice quiet dinner. I believe that shouldn't be allowed. It ruins peoples night and having a quiet and nice dinner. Other than that being my only problem or concern, dinner was great! Staff was amazing and helpful and the room was cozy and clean.

Im not sure I can stay at this property again. The room mattress are totally concaved and uncomfortable. It was a terrible 2 night sleep. However, you will find an extremely friendly staff and clean facility.
