This luxury vacation home is ideal for families of all generations. It is an open concept 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house including a separate office space with fast wifi. It is fully furnished inside and outside, featuring a large patio with outdoor seating and television, as well as an option to upgrade for heating the pool or spa. Due to the excellent location, this “home away from home” is just a few minutes away from Peoria 83 Entertainment District, Cardinals Stadium, shopping centers, and restaurants. In addition, this home offers a stunning view of the north Peoria mountains and is surrounded by desert wildlife. It is tastefully furnished and detailed, coming with a comprehensive range of kitchen amenities and cozy bedding, making it feel like you never left home. Kitchen - Kitchen is equipped with a range of appliances including a full coffee and wine bar featuring a Keurig; Black and Decker 12 Cup Coffee maker; Nespresso; wine refrigerator and glasses; high powered blender; crockpot; electric mixer; toaster; pizza/frying pans; baking ware; silverware; dinnerware for ten; plenty of plastic ware for outside; paperware; hand soap; dish sink and dishwasher soap. The master suite and bath are located to the left of the living room and the dining table and office room are located to the right of the kitchen. Located to the right of the office is the hallway that leads to 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Each room is equipped with mounted flat screen TV’s, comfortable mattresses, adjustable beds, and phone charging stations. Conveniently in front of the kitchen and dining area is access to the outside lounge area and pool. Towards the front of the house is the laundry room, fully equipped with a washer and dryer, detergent, iron and ironing board, vacuum and a mop. The laundry room leads to a 3-car garage, and supplemental driveway. Bedrooms - All 4 bedrooms are fully furnished, with a total of 2 King and 2 Queen luxury high-quality mattresses. 2 King mattresses and 1 Queen mattress are paired with adjustable bases, there is also a futon in the office for an extra sleeping space. The Master bedroom includes a luxury bath, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, double sink vanity, and a separate closed room for the toilet. Each bedroom includes a closet, extra pillows, a phone charging station, and a mounted flat screen TV with access to all local stations, premium movie channels, and access to streaming services. Outdoor Space - Featuring a beautiful outdoor lounging area, this includes an outside sectional and comfy lounge chairs for a perfect view of the scenery. The outside lounge also includes a mounted TV which can be rotated to watch from the temperature-controlled pool or spa. Also included is a grill for outdoor cooking, a grass area to enjoy games such as cornhole, and a dog run. RV gate access is included. Can accommodate boats, larger vehicles, or RV Parking. From the coffee bar to the welcome snacks. Pool towels and floats to the great deck chairs with fire pits. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare gourmet meals and a great grill in the backyard. Great for family. Great area We had a fantastic time visiting the area. Weather was perfect for taking advantage of the heated pool, hot tub, and bbq. The location was great. It was about 30 min from Sky Harbor Airport. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. There is a wonderful trail just around the corner from the house, you can go for miles. The whole home is so comfortable, with so many thoughtful touches. One of my friends pointed out that often at least one bedroom in a vacation rental is an afterthought, with limited furnishings or an awkward layout, etc. This was not the case here - every single room was thoughtfully furnished. Our host Shawn was very communicative, giving us all the information we needed in advance of arrival, and quick to respond when we had any questions. It exceeded our expectations in every way, and my family and I had a wonderful holiday weekend staying in this home. It is beautifully decorated, fully stocked with everything you could need, has clear instructions for all amenities, very comfortable beds, and room/space for everyone. We loved getting up in the morning, making coffee or espresso from the coffee bar and sitting by the pool or on the patio. This home is in a great part of the valley and in a nice neighborhood, with restaurants, shopping, and activities nearby and an easy drive to all that Phoenix has to offer. This is our second time staying at this amazing home. We love the amount of space - both indoor and outdoor - the house offers for our large family! We cooked Thanksgiving dinner here and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal for 1 or 12\. Beds are beyond comfortable - the 2 kings are adjustable, which was a nice feature for the grandparents. The best feature of this home? The backyard! All ages enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, fire table and yard. Our only "complaint" is not being able to access streaming apps on the TVs. Not a big deal but would have helped to keep our toddler entertained. This is a wonderful home and the owners are beyond accommodating and are very proactive with communications. Usually we stay south of Phoenix and this year wanted to explore a new (to us) area. Glendale it was and boy was this home perfect for us. From the first communication with Shawn we could tell that everything was going to be amazing. Pictures don’t do this property justice (although they are nice)……the property is outstanding!! Every room was comfortable and very well stocked. The backyard is very inviting although the weather prevented use of the pool we were still able to use the grill for home cooked meals. We appreciated how clean (immaculate really) the home was and the attention to detail that Shawn has ensured. We were well taken care of and hope to be able to stay here again next year. We absolutely LOVED this place!! Sean was so great and was very responsive to all of our questions before arrival, including allowing a slightly early check in. We were greeted with complementary bottled water and snacks which came in handy bc of a delayed flight and we were starved!! Prior to arrival, We were concerned we would not have the supplies to prepare and cook a holiday meal. Not only did we have everything we needed to grill a full prime rib dinner, ample refrigerator space to store all of our ingredients for our side dishes and many beverages, we had all the bar supplies to make our signature cocktails too! This place was the perfect entertaining space!! The pool and spa were heated to use all year round and the outdoor area included all the pool toys, yard games and seating areas to entertain all your descerning guests.
