Please read our policies before booking. They answer most of the questions our guests have and provide important information regarding our properties. Please note that this homes furnishing may be slightly different than pictured, as furnishings are updated at the property.
This 4 B/R home is located in a new, quiet gated community. The home has been recently furnished and features an excellent club house with heated swimming pools, spas, BBQ grills, etc. The home is perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway, a week vacation, or a month-long stay. This area is located ½ mile off US 60, 2 Miles from light rail, 4 miles from Loop 101, Downtown Mesa and the Loop 202. This listing is for the entire home, including the fenced in backyard with patio area and community club house. This is a newer community, and the town home is connected to other residential homes. GATHERINGS AND PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. Parking is limited in space and SIZE of vehicle, please read further down in the PARKING section for details.

The community clubhouse is a short walk away and features 7,000+ sq. ft. with a pool table room, and fitness gym. The grounds of the club house have several gas grills areas for cook outs, two huge, heated swimming pools, two in ground spas, and two playground areas. 6 maximum guests per household in the pool area.
(Children supplies such as highchair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed. $5 per day per item, plus a $35 delivery charge. All fees subject to Arizona sales tax.)
PARKING:
Please Park in the garage. The garage can accommodate 2 standard sized vehicles. Larger vehicles will need to be registered in the community for additional parking. Hours are limited. Thank you for not parking in the street or driveway (you could be towed at your own expense).

COMMUNITY POOL – Heated when weather is below 70 degrees and during the months of December through March. Hot tubs open year-round.
COMMUNITY:
The community clubhouse is a short walk away and features 7,000+ sq. ft. with a movie theater, a pool table room, a gourmet kitchen, great room, and a fitness gym. The grounds of the club house have several gas grills areas for cook outs, two huge heated swimming pools, two in ground spas, and two playground areas. 6 maximum guests per household in the pool area.
*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a startup supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc. so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you have a longer stay planned, you may need to purchase some of these items.
When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your group as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. WE are happy to answer any questions you may have.
LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
Please only book this home if you will respect the neighborhood and its residents. Please limit noise when you are outside and observe quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Red Rock Mountain. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events.
If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.
Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
*Pets Not Allowed.
*Noise ordinance set in place 10pm-8am. Subject to additional fees if not followed.
*Thermostats may have temperature limit locks (i.e. 72 deg.) to prevent being set at temperatures that may cause catastrophic damage in high heats or to help control out of the ordinary utility costs throughout the year.
*We do not have any control or authority of the property vendors (pool, landscape, pest control, etc.) and they may access the grounds during your stay.

As part of the check-in process, you are required to complete a guest registration form. This form will ask for personal details such as your name, contact information, and any special requests. The form must be submitted prior to receiving check-in instructions. By submitting the form, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our rental policies and applicable laws.
The house is a non-smoking, non-vaping property. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a $250 fine. Guests are responsible for picking up any exterior waste they create including evidence of smoking. Additional cleaning fees may be charged. Evidence of Marijuana left in the home will also result in a $250 fine.
This property may require an Arizona lease to be signed for any stays of 30 days or more. Typically, the terms are no different from what you agree to on this site and this is more a requirement by the state of Arizona and/or this community. This home also has a utility cap that applies for stays of 30 days or more. The homeowner pays all home utilities up to a utility cap of $300, the tenant pays any utilities over cap. This cap typically only applies in the summer months depending on tenant utility usage.

Getting Around:
We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus.

3 Night Guys Trip to Attend the Glendale Supercross
It was a perfect place for 5 dudes... 2 dads with their sons, and a lifelong friend. Accomodations were clean & ready to go when we arrived. Host response time was very timely. We would definitely stay again.
Perfect home for family or friends, have stayed in this house twice so far and it’s been clean and in an amazing location. The host makes things easy and communication is timely. Would recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.
Was pleasantly pleased with our stay as the location allows for very easy access to a number of locations being just off the highway. Property itself is clean, quite and spacious. Comfortable beds and the nearby pool area is fantastic. Nice to have a garage to park cars into as well. Would certainly stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything was as pictured, it was very well stocked with cooking utensils, spices, dishes, etc. There was lots of room for the seven of us to spread out. There were two pools and hot tubs in the middle of the complex, which the kids loved. It was in a gated community which made us feel very safe, and was in a great location. We would stay there again.
Great pool and hot tub. Excellent workout facility. Easy access to airport and freeways. Three full baths and a powder room, not four baths. Adequately furnished and equipped. The carpets need a good cleaning or replacement.

Came out for sons graduation from ASU. Nice house and great location. Only issue is listing has 4 showers. Only 3 of the bathrooms have showers. 1 bathroom is just a half bath. Didnt cause us any problems but we were expecting another couple to come out. If they did it would have been a showersharing iisue.
There was 7 of us staying in the condo. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Large closets and nice bathrooms. The living area is small with only enough seating for 4 people. The kitchen table isn’t large enough. The condo needs some updating. Carpet is end of life and paint would update the look. Could use additional furniture and mirrors in the bedrooms would be nice. The pool area is really nice, super cold water and could not swim.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well equipped for our stay.
Pros: easy access off highway, 15 minutes from the airport, garage parking, spacious house, laundry in the house, easy communication with owner/mgr and a great club house in the neighborhood.
Cons: common area is pretty small in the house but the club house would be a perfect alternative if you're looking for open space. 2 large neighborhood pools along with 2 hot-tubs but there was a lot of debris in the pools and many at the pool were blasting their own music, etc. so we tried to go in off hours.
Overall would recommend!
We were 2 families with young chimdren renting this property. The listing stated a pack and play is provided but we found none on arrival. When i contacted the host and asked for a reimbursement for crib we had to purchase they were not helpful or . The kitchen was disgusting with old food and stains. Appliances and outdated amaa dbroken. No peeler, very little hot water. Leaking shower amd washer. Frustrating communication with host when asked for compensation. In a rough part of town so didnt feel comfortable venturing out of the property on foot. Good things: comfortable beds, quiet and nice pool. beds, quietaccomadating. T
The accommodations for our stay were excellent. The home was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was also perfect for our needs, and the amenities provided made for a very comfortable stay.
Unfortunately, my experience with the short-term rental rental Manager Team was far less positive. You canceled my reservation just two days before our arrival, causing significant stress as we scrambled to make alternative plans. I tried contacting you multiple times to resolve the issue or at least get some clarity, but you never returned my calls. VRBO was also unable to reach you which then led us rebooking after the cancellation was processed.
While the property itself deserves praise, the lack of communication and last-minute cancellation from the management company leaves much to be desired. I’d recommend this rental only if you're confident in the management team’s reliability—or better yet, if they improve their responsiveness in the future.
A very accommodating place to stay that is within driving distance of everything. The host made sure we had everything we needed in the house to enjoy ourselves in the home.

The house needs some love. The community center is the same, it's was totally locked one day and pool balls missing missing another day. It's was easy access off the freeway and the weather was nice
Very nice place! Everyone had their own bathroom. Nice towels. Pool area was like a resort. We had a few cleaning issues, like the carpet didn’t look vacuumed, spots on walls in upstairs room by the washing machine, sheets had stains, and the coffee machine was dirty. Also, mosquitos were a nuisance. Recommend including directions from gate to the unit.
We absolutely adore the location for our children and ourselves. The home was immaculate and equipped with everything we required. We particularly enjoyed the pool and gym amenities. Our host was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I decided to stay here until our home was ready to move in, and I highly recommend it to our family when they visit. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.
Convenient Getaway in Mesa - Perfect for Spring Training!
A well-maintained townhouse in a larger complex, with fantastic common area amenities like 2 huge pools and hot tubs, as well as very nice grills to cook up your steaks and fish.
The property was well kept. The only reason for 4 stars was that a couple of the pillows in the closet had what looked like small possibly blood stains on them, and the house rules site they sent us was not working. Aside from that, it was very clean and the owners kept very good, open communication.
This is one of the best rentals that I have ever stayed at. Convenient location to freeways, dining, and entertainment. Management team goes above and beyond to make your stay the best it can be. Plenty of space for a large family with a fully stocked kitchen as far as appliances and things u will need to cook. There's even a gas grill in back yard!!
