  • Two large, private patios offer a place to soak up the sun, or enjoy a book and a beverage in the shade. No steps anywhere inside or outside the unit, and is a single-story property (no units above or below it).

    This fantastic central location has 2 freeways just half a mile away, providing easy access to the whole Valley of the Sun.
    * ASU and Mill Avenue nightlife is 3 miles away.
    * Old Town Scottsdale shopping, restaurants and entertainment is about 5 miles away. * Walking distance to Mesa Riverview Park & the Cubs spring training facility (Sloan Park).
    * Ten-minute drive to Hohokam Stadium & Oakland A's spring training.
