Lakefront Home | Community Pool & Hot Tub
- Enjoy your beautifully renovated lakefront hacienda with lake views from almost every room. The home is in a lovely and quiet neighborhood with an artificial lake, community pool, hot tub, & basketball and tennis courts! The home is just 4 minutes from downtown Chandler, close to the 202 freeway, and surrounded by dining and entertainment. We decorated and furnished the house for your maximum comfort and enjoyment. Take advantage of garage parking, 1GB fiber Wi-Fi, large flat-screen TV with free access to Netflix, Disney+, and local channels, a full-size washer and dryer, and a well-equipped full kitchen. There is a guest suite on this property, but it does not share any walls with the main house and has a separate entrance. The only shared space with the guest suite is a patio on the west side of the home and the driveway. We trust you'll love your stay and hope that you truly feel at home. Mi casa es su casa!
