Awesome Property

Stayed here for a guys trip and we were impressed. We had plenty of room and plenty to do. Property manager gave us updates and answered all questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Incredible spot for a bachelor party

Had 18 guys stay here for a bachelor party. Property was incredible, the pics don't do it justice. House was great, close to the casino, golfing, and old town. Highly recommend

Bachelor Party Stay

This was the perfect place for me to host my brother’s bachelor party. We had a bigger group with about 15 guests. The host was extremely responsive in answering all my questions and was accommodating on getting things set up for our arrival such as the pool. I would 100% recommend to any group looking for a fun get away!

Loved the rooms, the layout, the space and the backyard. You cannot go wrong with this home if you have a large group that requires some space. We had a house full of friends and the house was perfect for what we needed. The pictures are exactly as advertised.

Barrett Jackson getaway

Great for multi family. Close to venue. Management was very responsive. The only issue was the hot tub not heating, but once we contacted the management team, they worked to solve the problem.

Fiesta bowl vacation

Two families 10 people stayed to celebrate new years and attend fiesta bowl . House is large and was very clean . Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Close to everything in Scottsdale . We were busy and did not use pickleball court or movie theatre . It was great to all be together .

Everything was wonderful about this property! The house was huge and comfortable. Kitchen was appropriate for our needs. All was clean and organized. Plenty of space! Check in and check out was flawless and the communication was superb. We were re-imbursed for the lack of heat to the pool, and the hot tub was grand!

Great stay

Overall, it was a great house for the group size we had - prior to arrival, the communication was just average - I had to chase down answers to my questions more than one time. On-site, the house was nice - it would have been helpful to have been provided more towels & bathroom toiletries given our group size & since everyone was coming from out of town. The grills gave of a natural gas odor for most of the trip & could have used a cleaning. House definitely needs a paint job. Thank you!

Great spot!

The house was a great place to stay for the WMO. My friends and I go every year and this was definitely one of the best houses we have stayed in! Lots of cool amenities and the layout was great. No complaints at all. The only hiccup we had was the heating of the jacuzzi. It never got that warm and you can’t heat the pool and jacuzzi at same time. So We couldn’t really use the hot tub eventhough we paid for the heating. Definitely would stay here again. Hosts were great!

Spacious comfortable home with good facilities

We had a great time and the facilities were good. Well-equipped home with lots of space, ample-sized bedrooms. Pool heating took several days to correct and hot tub heating did not work at all, which was a big disappointment.Good communication with property manager, but problems with pool not immediately resolved. Furnishings in house could benefit from a facelift. Hot tub heating needs to be fixed (and we were assured that this was working prior to and after booking the stay).

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience overall was great. However, we did have an issue with the kitchen fridge not getting cold as well as the garage fridge so we had to use the fridge out by the pool to store food and drink. The Casita air was getting fixed by a guy for quite some time during our early check in. A random pool guy showed up on Saturday and told us if the hot tub gets low to use a hose to fill it.

Nice big dining table so we could have family meals. The house and casita are set up nicely with plenty of room for families and nice bathrooms. Outdoor area was awesome, loved the covered sitting area, with tv and big dinning table and extra fridges for drinks. House could use a coat of paint- but didnt bother us. I say book it! =)

Bachelor Party

The property was spectacular. It’s somehow even bigger than the pictures make it seem. The property manager was very helpful although we didn’t need much from her because the house had everything we needed. All my friends were very complimentary of the house and made several comments about coming back. We used everything except for the theater and the pool heating or hot tub since it was summer. Everything was great except the putting green wasn’t very functional but that’s not anything we really cared about. It should be noted that there is an extra fee if you pay with credit card on the second payment. I didn’t feel comfortable sending money off of the VRBO platform.

The house was spacious and clean. It was on a very busy road, as long as the gates were closed, you really did not notice it. It looked like there was still repairs to be done, the walls were patched and there were no floor boards. But other than that, it was very nice. There are no spices or anything in the kitchen, so come prepared. Not a big deal, it’s just nice to know. We had such a great time playing pickle ball, swimming in the pool, watching footballOutside AND inside. Played Ping Pong, corn hole, pool and played a putting game. For a large group it was great.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pro's of this home: very large, great location. Con's: jacuzzi did not heat-broken, after our stay I read in previous reviews they had issues prior. Although the management co made every effort it did not work the entire visit. Pickle ball court has 3 inch drop around the entire court which could be very dangerous-only played once due to condition of court. Cleanliness of home was below par. The street the home is on is very loud and very busy. I would not have chosen this home if I knew these con's prior- we wanted relaxation, a clean home, pickleball court and warm jacuzzi.

Large home to accommodate our large family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at the house. There were a few hiccups but overall we enjoyed our stay. The property is very large with great air conditioning so we were able to keep cool. The kitchen was large and moderately stocked so if you plan on cooking you may not have everything you’re looking for. Admittedly, the house is a little older than what is pictured. It could have a used a good coat of interior paint, and a tankless water heater. There wasn’t enough hot water for everyone and there was poor water pressure on one side of the house. Additionally, the cleaning crew could spend a little more care on cleaning shower heads and areas in the kitchen (like behind the trash cans) that you don’t easily see but will regularly have to access. Lastly, the refrigerator was broken and they provided a smaller replacement. Upon our request they did bring an additional refrigerator. Andromeda was an awesome hostess and was very responsive to our concerns.
