Enter through the wrought iron double front door into the large open floor plan that flows from the living area into the dining room and kitchen. The living area offers plenty of seating around the 70" wall-mounted Smart TV. Two dining tables and barstools around the large kitchen island offer plenty of seating options when cooking and entertaining. The kitchen has all the necessary cooking necessities, including double ovens, a double door refrigerator, toaster, blender, and a duo Keurig/coffee pot. Swim in our new pool and spa located in our backyard tropical paradise. There is plenty of lounge seating around the pool to kick back and soak up the Arizona sun. Your ramada offers soft seating, additional dining, a Smart TV and industrial refrigeration alongside a gas grilling station, perfect for entertaining! Unwind in the casita in your private, ten-seated reclining theatre while challenging your friends and family to a game of billiards. The master bathroom has a dual sink vanity, a walk-in shower, and a two-person jacuzzi. Bed 2: King ensuite with personal LG Smart TV with a jack and jill bathroom attached to bedroom 3\. Old Town is in the southernmost part of Scottsdale. Our home and most homes in the area are about a 15 to 20-minute drive to Old Town. Q. How does the pool heat work? A. If you request to have the pool heated, we begin the heating process 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival. We set the heat to 85 degrees. This does not mean the pool maintains that temperature during the colder season. The pool heat fee is applied to the entire stay. Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000\. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the renter is responsible for no damages or incidents. Pool heat is available in the winter months. No complaints at all. The only hiccup we had was the heating of the jacuzzi. It never got that warm and you can’t heat the pool and jacuzzi at same time. It’s somehow even bigger than the pictures make it seem. The property manager was very helpful although we didn’t need much from her because the house had everything we needed. All my friends were very complimentary of the house and made several comments about coming back. We used everything except for the theater and the pool heating or hot tub since it was summer. Everything was great except the putting green wasn’t very functional but that’s not anything we really cared about. It should be noted that there is an extra fee if you pay with credit card on the second payment. I didn’t feel comfortable sending money off of the VRBO platform. ##### Noah H. It was on a very busy road, as long as the gates were closed, you really did not notice it. It looked like there was still repairs to be done, the walls were patched and there were no floor boards. But other than that, it was very nice. There are no spices or anything in the kitchen, so come prepared. Not a big deal, it’s just nice to know. We had such a great time playing pickle ball, swimming in the pool, watching footballOutside AND inside. Played Ping Pong, corn hole, pool and played a putting game. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at the house. There were a few hiccups but overall we enjoyed our stay. The property is very large with great air conditioning so we were able to keep cool. The kitchen was large and moderately stocked so if you plan on cooking you may not have everything you’re looking for. Admittedly, the house is a little older than what is pictured. It could have a used a good coat of interior paint, and a tankless water heater. There wasn’t enough hot water for everyone and there was poor water pressure on one side of the house. Additionally, the cleaning crew could spend a little more care on cleaning shower heads and areas in the kitchen (like behind the trash cans) that you don’t easily see but will regularly have to access. Lastly, the refrigerator was broken and they provided a smaller replacement. Upon our request they did bring an additional refrigerator.
