Please note: While we strive to maintain the temperature consistently, during rare periods when outdoor temperatures drop below 40°F (4°C), the pool may not reach the full desired warmth due to natural limitations. However, this occurs infrequently, and most days still offer a refreshing and enjoyable swim.

-Please be advised that lost keys or remotes will incur a $125 dollar charge.

-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.

-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund. No parties.

-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of between $200-$500 will be assessed to you, IF excessive pet hair or pet damage is found.

-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)
