Amanda was very helpful and worked to get our questions answered from the owners. For our long term stay we had to ask for a garage door opener. The details about the home strongly implied that the pool would be available for use which is one of the reasons we picked this home. We were told upon check in that there would be a charge of 100/day for the pool to be heated which was quite disappointing! The view from the backyard was wonderful, the weekly maintenance of the yard was outstanding and the patio furniture was also outstanding.
